I had a really amazing experience at banter, Diahanna and Alana gave me the best customer service i’ve ever had! They were polite, respectful and quick to help and also went out of their way to satisfy customers. 10/10!

Took my 11 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. Izabella helped us and she was wonderful. She was kind and had a great personality. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. Thank you so much Izabella for your help. You are a very bright girl! I was a little disappointed that there was a low stock in the earrings so my daughter had to settle on some she really didn’t want. I still gave 5 stars because Izabella made the experience great and she did try and find the earrings at another location with no success. I am a business owner and I was so impressed with her. Thank you again for a great experience!

I brought my great grandfather here to get his ears pierced. He was very nervous, but the staff really helped him feel comfortable with what he was doing. They helped him position where to put the piercings, even though he changed his mind three times. He came out of the experience feeling really good about it.

It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted her second hole on both ears. Not only was the lady that first pierced her ears as a baby still there. She even help guide her fellow associate on the direction where it’s placement will be. Much appreciated!!

Knowledgeable sales associate who made recommendations based on my ear shape. Told me to purchase toe rings later on, if I wanted a hoop as the toe ring closure is thicker that that for the ear and would keep the piercing open better.

My cousin loves Pandora!! She came from Georgia for a certain charm and you had it. Made her day.
