Vee was my associate. She had phenomenal customer service. Particularly the way she handled the warranty and inspection process of my wife’s wedding ring. I really appreciate getting my jewelry here over anywhere else. She went over and beyond for us and i am thankful.

We just made another Vera Wang Purchase from Zales and can’t say enough about the hospitality and customer service we ALWAYS receive from Keirn. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied and taken care of. I walked today to Zales looking for a good watch, but not knowing anything about brands or quality. Steve was extremelly welcoming, helpfull and patient, explaining to me a little bit about this amazing watch universe, and for this reason I ended up buying this beautyful Citizen. I'll for sure buy others watches with Steve and recommend a lot of friends to walk to the store in order to have the same experience.

Wow! I love ZALES! Thanks to the staff who helped me with my transaction. Deb cleaned my jewelry while Nicole and Keirene helped me send my necklace and bracelet out to be repaired. I think the managers name is Sam or Steve but he checked in on me which was nice because it was a busy weekend and it made me feel well cared for. I’ve shopped here for about 5 years now and have never really had a bad experience. Alli was sweet and has a wonderful sense of humor and is so knowledgeable and professional.

Fantastic visit at Zales Ft Myers today! Got a reminder about rings due for certification. Went in with out the paperwork. Keirn took the time to look up all my info up and get my diamonds recertified. She also cleaned them up and made them sparkle again. Thank you Zales for excellent service today!

I had to have my ring repaired because I broke my wrist and arm, and the hospital had to cut my ring off because my fingers were to swollen. My warranty paid everything for my repairs and my ring looks beautiful. Thank you 😊
