I originally wanted a collage poster made for a birthday gift and needed same day but the app kept telling me I wouldn’t have until two days later. I had to improvise and ordered photo prints instead. When picking up my order, Gonzalo greeted me with a smile and helped me pick up my order right away. I explained my original idea to him and he assured me I could have the poster done same day, so I ordered the poster. I was having trouble with the photo kiosk in store, but he helped me through everything and I left. Not even an hour later Gonzalo called me letting me know my poster was ready. It came out better than I imagined. I have worked retail for quite some time and know that customer service is not what it used to be, but Gonzalo went above and beyond. I’m very impressed and will be buying my photos from here from now on based off the experience I had with Gonzalo. Thank you so much!!

I have shopped at this Walgreens for well more than a decade and some of the same staff are still there from the beginning. One in particular is the fellow who runs the photo department - tall with black hair. To my shame I do not recall his name off hand and I mean to rectify that on my next visit.

Went in the other day and asked the closest person to the coffee isle if they had any more of a product that was on sale and who should I ask? This man made a point of assuring me that he was the man to ask, which seemed odd as he is in the photo dept, but he asked me to stay there and he returned shortly with a case of the item in question, asking me how many would I like?

So personable and so efficient. I rarely shop anywhere else. When they have a sale, it is the real deal and if I shop carefully, overall I get excellent value from Walgreens. But, it's not the value that keeps me coming back - it's the service. The people who work here are simply amazing. In a day when customer service is an endangered species - this Walgreens rocks!

Watch the sales and buy in quantity when the price is right and you can dump the "mega-lo-mart" hassle. Fast, convenient, good value and excellent service.

My Mom & I have been going to this Walgreens for years. The employees are most helpful including the Pharmacy staff. Recently, my Mom was prescribed a new glucose meter. We could not get it to work properly. The following day one of the Pharmacist sat down with my Mom, explained & showed her how to properly operate the meter. We both appreciate all their efforts even when dealing with our doctors, the refills & the health insurance companies.

I couldn't find a place to put this review but it's for the walk-in clinic located at the US 19 and Nebraska Walgreens location. The doctor was just amazing she got me in right away and was so caring. I went in there with two ears completely clogged and infected and came out hearing again. The office visit was quick and she was very professional. I told her money was of concern so she took the time to find the best medication at the cheapest price for me. I also told her I wanted to pick up the medication at the Walmart Pharmacy ...who actually messed up the order ... and the doctor at Walgreens was able to fix it within a few hours and have everything good to go . If I ever need a walk-in clinic again I'll definitely be back here.

Sarah, the nurse practitioner in the walk-in clinic, is awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better provider or appointment. She was extremely efficient and kind. She even saved me money on my script by printing a coupon!

Anytime I go in to Walgreens they always have a friendly staff, friendly managers. Everyone is very helpful if looking for an item. They try and make your check out as quick and as easy as possible. The Pharmacy is incredible and I will continue to get my medicine here.

Excellent service at this particular Walgreens. All the items I recently purchased were available, and a very well kept store.

Rewards program is the best. I have saved hundreds of dollars. No cards needed or waiting for paper rebates, coupons save directly to the app. The other companies rewards programs should take some notes. Even though some items are a bit more expensive I shop there for reward points and ease. Finally, Gal who runs makeup counter is the best. She is very helpful and will provide you with Sunday paper coupons and specials if they are available.

Love this store so many options nest customer service and I am now a manager there and they are so nice. Tom the store manager is amazing and amazing to his team and the store really cared about they're customers. Great place to shop and work

Walgreens Clinic was fast, clean, and professional. Check in was easy and the visit was brief but thorough. I highly recommend this location.
