H2O Florida

If you need your H2O system repaired or replaced call these guys. We purchased very expensive H2O system and had it install about 18 months ago. The system was so complex and complicated that it was constantly malfunctioning and in need of repair. The last time it malfunctioned we were without water for 4 days. A neighbor had used H2O Florida and recommend them. Best decision we could have made. They came out on late Friday evening, diagnosed the problem, and offers us several cost effective solutions to our situation. The next day (Saturday) Dan and his team spend the entire day installing and retrofitting our H2O system and by 7pm we had water. These guys were professional and explained everything they were doing in detail. H2O Florida routinely follows up to make sure the system is operating properly. I am more than happy with the quality of service we received from H2O Florida and I feel much more confident about our water system now. ( BTW - I generally don’t write reviews but the level of customer that H2O Florida provided was unparalleled).

Blown away by the care and quick service we got from Dan and his guys, Mike and Eric, this week. Dan tested our water and proposed two possible systems. We went with the RO and are delighted with the water. The first thing I noticed was the absence of a chlorine smell when taking a shower. Nice on the skin and tastes great too. Having the maintenance agreement took away any worries we had about how to care for system. The system is not cheap, but we view it as an investment in our health and look forward to many years of use. Thanks, Dan.

Found H20 Florida on google while looking for a whole home water system as my water was terrible in my new home. I contacted them and the next day Dan was out here testing my water. He used a professional grade computer system that told me exactly what was in my water and he gave recommendations on how to fix it and explained everything along the way. We scheduled a time for him to come back out the following week and he was here right on time and got started right away. A few hours later, the installation was complete and the water quality that came out of his system was exactly as he stated it would be. Would definitely recommend them! Looking forward to the quarterly visits as his team also guarantees and services the filters as well so I don't have to worry about a thing.

Dan and helper responded to my call within a short time for appointment to come test my old system and water to see if it was working. My system came with purchase of house in 1992. It was not new then. It had started to give me overflows issues. After looking at system he explained why it had not been working in quite a while which I had suspected.
Dan had a truck that had example of some of his system and a computerized system tester that spun the water sample as is with no way to add any drops into water as others will test.

The test showed and printed exact condition of our water and Dan gave me the printout for reference. For comparison with competers results if I would choose to. He even encouraged me to have others test.

He explained the results and asked questions on how many people were living at house. My water was actually good results except high chlorine.

Since we had recently moved my wife's parents in with us and grandkids staying allot he suggested. Only system he felt we needed which was just his basic system with a larger tank because of the amount of people in home.

He was very knowledgeable about water and explained well why He was suggesting the system he chose for our needs.

He gave me a price came installed my new system today on the Holiday didn't change price from quote.. Having 4 yr Warranty and on call 24X7 were what gave me confidence his system was one we needed.

H20 Florida is an amazing company. Daniel Kessler has years of experience is technically savvy and efficient. What is most important is how he treats his customers. He treats all of us how he would like to be treated himself. I had two bad experiences with Julie Guimond from Sensible Water Solutions and Daniel Kessler rode in like a knight solved the problem and upgraded my system quickly and affordably. H20 is a high tech company with good old fashion values a rare gem. I highly recommend H20 Florida my water tastes much better than it did before!!!!

Dan Kessler knows his water! He didn't try to oversell me, he tested my St. Augustine City water and recommended the right household filtration system to meet my needs. Now my water is amazing - it tastes like water again, whoo hoo! I've also had dermatitis for almost 40 years and it's all but gone after 2 weeks of showering with my new water.

And if that wasn't enough, Dan fixed my 100 year old cement pond when he recommended an ozone aeration device to break down the leaves. I can't believe how effective it is, I can see all the way to the bottom and it's 4 feet deep.

We had several companies come out to test our water and give us a quote for a water filtration system. H2o Florida was the only company that gave us a professional water test. They used a computerized water testing system you would expect to see in a lab. The unit gave us a print out of our water test for us to review. Everyone else that performed a water test did so using drops and everyone was different in the results presented to us. We chose H2o Florida for the professionalism and they custom built a system for our water based on the test results. They were also the only company to show up in a company vehicle. We are thrilled with our new water filtration system and would recommend William and Dan with H2o Florida to everyone
