Lowe's Home Improvement

Popped in to this location to look at flooring. We were approached by several employees to see if we needed help (this is a good thing).

Halloween is still up and Christmas is out. Lots of great decor to look at.

I recently visited Lowes to purchase some home improvement supplies, and I had a great experience. The store was well organized and easy to navigate, with a wide selection of products to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and I was able to quickly find everything I needed. The checkout process was efficient, and I was impressed with the overall customer service. I will definitely be returning to Lowes for my future home improvement needs.

I like this specific Lowes because it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff here are knowledgeable (every time I ask a question anyway) whether it is to locate an item or bounce ideas off of to find the best solution to a problem. They still have at least 1 checkout aisle that is staffed by a friendly cashier. ... Side note the new exit doors look good.

I needed assistance with a grill and everyone was super helpful. Sandy in particular went out of her way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She even made me a copy of my receipt in case there were any problems with the grill. She went above and beyond with her service. I would definitely shop here again.

I went to Lowe’s in search of a particular saw blade. One of the associates inquired with Jeff from plumbing to answer my questions. Jeff came right over and assisted me, and he also assisted with ensuring the blade was installed on my saw correctly while explaining safe use of the saw. Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making my week. :)

Michael Peterson and Lisa Jackson both helped me get a new stove and refrigerator. Very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Made this shopping experience great and will return to this store because of staff like them.

Great place and even better deal on my Pit Boss Smoker… Reese is as outstanding as a sales associate..

Came to Lowes today shopping for laundry room cabinets.

Michael Peterson did an outstanding job while helping us out.

We opened a number of boxes while examining the product. Even though we left without making a purchase, he didn't miss a beat.

Eileen and Raymond were the best help came in with a long list and have no idea how to navigate a Lowe’s they both helped me and my friend get everything we needed for a project on how to make a battery out of a lemon and Raymond even helped with some insight on how to do the project correctly great experience good enough for me to sign into my google account to make a review they were the best honesty have never seen customer service like this before

Stopped in for some oak hardwood. They had a good selection. Found some straight boards and was in and out quickly Friday around 5;30 PM June 2023.

Lisa from appliances was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable of the brands and fixtures . She made shopping with a small toddler a breeze. I am very happy with the selection we picked and thankful for all of her help.

We visited the Lowe’s store on state road 70. My washing machine was broken and I could not get an appointment for a month! I decided that I would purchase a new machine. We met the best sales associate in Lowe’s in the appliance section. Starla was very knowledgeable, professional. She knew everything about the machines and what ones they had in stock. I purchased this on Monday and my machine was delivered on Wednesday. She was such a great associate that we ended up purchasing a freezer and a fridge for our garage. Everything was delivered on Wednesday. The delivery experience was 5 star! They were so communicative about the delivery, were so polite and efficient! I was very impressed with Lowe’s customer service.

Today was actually quite pleasant in the sense that it wasn't busy. They had a lot of last minute gift options for $5. I got everything I needed.

After trying for over an hour to get help from Lowe’s in Sarasota on fruitville rd I decided to call this store instead they answered the phone on 2nd ring and helped me in less then 2 minutes thank you very much from now on looks like I have to drive out of my way to Bradenton store if I want great customer service

Went to this Lowes because Sarasota didnt have the fan we wanted. While the great associate got the fan my wife went off exploring the Christmas aisle.

Any parts ,light fixtures, tools pretty much anything to do with house improvement this is the go to place they have everything

Was looking for solar batteries for my solar lights in the garden, the manager told me it's best to get them off of Amazon because they don't last as long as they used to and they don't stock irregular sizes precises or even the same matching ones as what's sold in the lamps. Then I walked around and I found a nice plant that was on sale for $10 (a fake plant)....
And they had some really nice gardenia bushes for $24

Then I spied this nice bathroom sink/cabinet on sale.

Great prices and great customer service, as you walk through the store, you'll will find someone asking you if you need help. Good prices. And they are ready for Halloween.

What an amazing staff. So friendly and helpful.
I purchased a barbecue gas grill here with accessories. Assembly was free and the grill was ready when they said it would be. As well as an email I received a phone call to say it was ready. Check out at the pickup counter was a breeze. 3 people came out to load it into my van. Everything was put together properly. So nice to deal with such professional people

I bought a pack of 100 inch length White vertical blind slats that were cut down to a 94 inch. Great customer service!
