Bed Bath & Beyond

Last Saturday, my wife and I walked into this store to look around but ended up purchasing a few items. Mrs. Asia and Stephanie greeted us as soon as we walked inside the store. Mrs. Asia and Stephanie were really helpful and professional when it was time for us to check out. They help us with our coupons so that we may get better deals. They also spoke with us, asking about our children and complimenting us. I'd say I'd will come to shop here. Thank you for all your support and working for the best to ensure that all of your customers are taken care of, Mrs. Asia and Mrs. Stephanie.

The staff is always helpful. Always check out the clearance section, some great bargains. I don't go here often, but when I do, they have what I am looking for.

My last trip here was super satisfying!! I scored a great deal on 2 outdoor umbrellas! I just want to say that the staff at this store are impeccable! Every staff member that I encountered was helpful and friendly! I even called the manager on my way home to let him know how great they were while I was there shopping. Too many people complain about the bad and not many will complement the good! Great place to shop!

I was greeted warmly. I felt very appreciated. I found the curtain and curtain rods I was looking for.

Amazing selection and people! Every time I turned around someone was there to greet me and see if I needed help.

I just wish that their prices were a little bit more competitive especially compared to the nearby TJMaxx. Always end up there because of the price difference.

I enjoyed my visit to Bed bath Beyond. The story was clean and tidy. Staffing kind of short to be available to ask questions. I guess that is not their fault. Hard to find people to work. Got a pair of chairs on sale

Like most stores but not enough help but we got a helpful and knowledgeable associate ..Tanner..and he helped us to find the perfect wedding gift..

We bought a lot of stuff. I had a 10 dollar gift card. The nice lady ask if we any coupons and we said no so she gave us one. It was for 50 dollars off so we got 60 dollars off .we were very happy thanks to bed bath and beyond.

I like shopping here, especially with all of the $5 & 20% coupons I regularly receive but in trying to provide a great customer service experience, the staff has become very annoying. It's clear they've been told to greet everyone they see and ask, "Are you finding everything OK?" but in wandering around the whole store, I get asked that same question nearly a dozen times by every single employee. Seriously, its' not helpful, It's so annoying! Most of the time they don't even seem sincere as they practically blow by you but I don't think it's their fault. Perhaps the PIC (people in charge) should take into account that bombarding your customers with too much customer service can actually drive them away.

Good prices, everything great, employees polite, customer services excellent, no complaints

This is a very nice store to visit. It has very respectful and educated individuals waiting for you to come into their building. They love to smile and wait on their customers. The manager has done a great job training his employees to meet the Fayetteville and Fort Bragg families. This place of business has a variety of household items that are beautiful and what you need or would like to purchase for a gift. The retail store itself has done a great job to please the community. The colors on the wall s are beautiful and makes the customers stay more relaxing.

I went to the bed bath & beyond on Morganton road in Fayetteville North Carolina today. I was looking for bedding for the holidays they did not have anything in the store but a very wonderful sales associate named Ashlee helped me look and then went on the website and help me pick out the perfect bedding and or I ordered it in the store. Ashlee was the best associate ever I was so happy that I was there when she was on the floor and could help. I shop all the time at bed bath & beyond but this was the first time a sales associate went above and beyond to help. Great job Ashlee, I was going to leave and go across the street to Macy's if I had not asked the Ashlee. Thanks again

What a great store. The manager was extra special. My son has Furniture stolen from his house. I went to Ashley's Furniture told him my situation and they did nothing. I mentioned this to the cashier and the manager stepped right in and gave me $20 off this table. I will definitely be back to Bed Bath & Beyond

We bought one of the odd-size trash cans here so we have to come back for the bags. (Bags are slightly on the pricey side but come in huge boxes and don't tear easily.)

We also bought some random odds and ends and cookwarehere. The prices aren't bad at all. I like that they have a deal with one of the sharks from SharkTank so a lot of times if I see something cool on there I can expect to see it here sooner or later.

My criticism is probably management based
.. there never seem to be enough staff around to help, and they have a hard time finding things I ask for. They're friendly and try, but they don't seem to be getting any support in that area.

I placed an online order for champagne flutes & it was cancelled because it was out of stock. So, i called the store and spoke with an associate named Tiffany. She reassured me there were different flutes there that were similar to the ones I ordered and would hold them at the front for me. I thought that was so considerate of her, because it was the day before Christmas Eve and their store was extremely busy. Once I arrived I shopped around for something else, then went to checkout and look at the different flutes Tiffany sat up front for me. Kierra G. was the associate that checked me out. Her customer service was just as amazing as Tiffany's. She helped me figured out how to work a deviled egg container that was very confusing to me. These two ladies helped me so much even though their store was having a very busy day. Thank you so much to Tiffany and Kierra!

Love our Bedbathbeyond store, everyone there is so helpful and ready to search for whatever we need! Hobby Lobby needs to hire some of this stores staff. There was a store employee in almost every aisle asking if they could help me. They also had plenty of cashiers.

They always have what I'm looking for. This location isn't as busy as I noticed some of the other locations are and they have competitive prices. This store is close to everywhere else we shop so it's convenient too

This is my favorite store! They are all well-stocked with great quality merchandise and let you use their expired coupons as well as more than one coupon for your order. 😍
