We came in last week to preorder Viviana was amazing. Came back today to pick up and the process was smooth and again Viviana was amazing. We live in Clearwater and will drive to this location in Tampa everytime.

Our experience with Verizon surpassed our expectations, it was comfortable, quick, and easy. Help arrives right away. If you go to this location ask for Zack, the kindest and most knowledgeable rep, he can offer help in Spanish, English and Arabic. An inclusive space is safe space, this store is the best one.

I went in just needing a phone and he helped me get an iPad as well for a great deal. Wanted to give a shout out to everyone on the Verizon team on W. Hillsborough. Specifically, Zach and Ridan. Got a family plan and walked me through everything, a few months later got an iPad and Apple Watch and explained to me all the charges with patience and kindness. This locations speaks Spanish as well, so any questions my mother had they were more than helpful and knowledgeable. Switching to Verizon has been a great experience all thanks to these guys.
