We had an incredible day buying our wedding rings at Dunkin Diamond. T, sue Ellen and Stacey made it so special. We were getting married on the beach the following week. And they helped us find the perfect rings after we left and kept coming back three times that day. We decide that the oval 3.2 Crt stone for me was perfect. It looked like my ring wasn’t going to be ready by the wedding ceremony since the center stone was larger and needed reciting on the band. But the literally made a miracle happen and had my ring ready for us to pick up the day of our wedding ceremony so I could wear it during the ceremony. We would highly recommend going to Dunkin diamonds. They brought us champagne and celebrated with us. We all laughed as picked our rings together. It was a day we will never forget! Thank you all!

I went to the gulf coast store. Danielle was very nice. She helped me look all around the store but I am very picky. I unfortunately didn’t find anything that I liked in the store so I checked other locations and that’s when I found my ring at the of Ft. Myers location. Taliah was very kind she went with me all throughout the store, helping me put together different sets with different stones and we ended up finding the perfect ring. Dunkins diamonds is your place to go. Not to mention it was impressive while waiting they cleaned my other jewelry I was wearing (my rings ) my jewelry for free.

Simply the Best, without a doubt - the most unpretentious, humble customer support I've ever seen in a jewelry store. Staff is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to decision making. I'm from Philadelphia and their customer service puts the famous "Jewelers Row" in Philly, to shame. Please keep your current business model. Because, I believe you're way ahead your competition.

We came in looking for a gold replacement necklace. Even though our purchase wasn't exceptionally substantial, we were treated with world class service and treated to a very warm, professional, and satisfactory experience. I came in to have my diamond checked because I could feel a rough spot on one of the prongs. They checked for problems (none) and gave it a good cleaning. And of course, I found a pair of birthstone earrings that needed to come home with me. Dunkin’s is my store!

Now that it was time to upgrade we utilized the buy back program. They staff was EXCELLENT and helped us make 2 custom pieces. They are friendly, professional, and fun.
