We are out of town from Michigan for vacation and saw this store! My daughter and I love Michael Kors purses! Josh helped us and he was amazing! Thank you Josh for all your input! We both got a purse and wallet!! 🥰❤

Even though I couldn't decide what purse to buy and I told salesperson I'd be back. I met a nice salesperson. She was the sweetest person. She helped make my experience a good one. All they're purses we're gorgeous. Maybe next time when me and my husband are in town, we'll stop by again and purchase something. Thanks for making my visit the best!!

I went in with an open mind as I had visited different higher end stores looking for a new bag and was dismissed by many of the staff however when I walked into MK Britney, the sales associate, was extremely attentive and helped me pick out a little wallet that matched my previous MK bag, and then a beautiful tote bag as well. She was incredibly kind and made my boyfriends and I’s experience wonderful. 10/10

If you like Michael Kors this is a true outlet location offering substantial discounts of retail price for very high quality handbags and ladies clothing. They also had quite a big selection of watches at very reasonable prices.

Great prices and customer service but be prepared for a crowd.

Wow the offers in here were incredible. I wanted to buy SO many bags! Ladies remember your luggage allowance if you are anywhere near as bad as me. I wish I lived closer!

I ALWAYS find something great here, the staff is good, but I never felt compelled to write a review until now. Tonight I went shopping and the biggest sweetheart helped me out. He was honest, patient, and kind, and even started a genuine conversation, remembered my name from earlier in the evening, and called me by it. Thank you so much for your help Daniel! Love what they did with their new store. It's bigger and so much more to choose from. The staff was super helpful and so eager to help you. They greeted me at the door and made sure that my visit was a great one. Got some awesome deals too.

I loved the lady who helped me get my purse I think her name was Caitlin. I remember her telling me she has a 2 year old child. She was very helpful. She help me with my green purse that I love so much. She held my daughter's hand and walked around the store and helped me with her as I was trying to find a wallet to match my green purse. I love getting watches for gifts here. No additional fee to get links adjustment. Wide selection of merchandise from bags to accessories for both women and men. The employees are very nice and helpful. I always find someone that can answer my questions.

Today I went in to look at wallets. Of course you will find a purse that you just love too. A wonderful sales associate named Sarah saw me walking with a wallet and told me about a super promotion that they were running. This promotion allowed me to get that purse and wallet for under 220 dollars!!

This review is for Sarah. You’re an amazing saleswoman and very kind! But girl you were about to make us spend over $500 in this store. We had to make a run for it. We’re sorry 😂😂

Full price even tho its an outlet. When they have sales they really do drop the price of merchandise tremendously. Great products to display. Really nice staff as well

I have purchased a Michael Kors bag, sandals, purse and a watch for my wife as a gift from this store and I have received a 5 star service and advice from Daniel (sales advisor). Unfortunately, when I came back home in UK my wife tried it on and the sandals where two size big so I called the customer service who advised to take them to the local store in London Westfield for exchange/ refund but the declined to help since I haven't had the original box and therefor they couldn't verify the model which doesn't make any sense since I had the receipt and my bank card number as well as the model number was showing on it...also I also haven't received it with box when I purchased it back in Orlando! I have received a very poor customer service from the supervisor called Matt who is based in Westfield London. He also couldn't help us resize the watch so paid 20£ to H. Samuel to resize the watch. When I got home I called JENNIFER (Manager at the Orlando Premium outlet) who was my last hope and she was actually super helpful and explained all possible options in a very professional and friendly manner and also found a store near my friends house in Boston Nashua who had the sandals in the right size and could do the exchange. I just need now to send them over to my friend so he can exchange it and sent it back to Uk....It's all little more complicated than it should be but I'm glad that there people like JENNIFER that are willing to walk the extra mile and keep customer satisfaction at the frontend of their business. Thank you again Jennifer for your efforts. I will be surely coming back to buy from you ;)
