Purchased my fiancés engagement ring from here. Mohamad went above and beyond to make sure I had everything in place before the big day. I was on a time crunch and although I didn’t find what I was looking for in store, he told me to look at his website and I found two rings I loved. He then called his partners in Atlanta and had them send pictures and videos of the rings I was interested in. I told him I’d like to see both in person, so when he went to a jeweler expo over in Miami, his partners brought the rings down with them and he had them in store for me within days. One of which I ended up purchasing. My fiancé is absolutely in LOVE with her ring. Thank you, Mohamad. You made this easy !

I thought it was a good place to buy jewelry but after buying my charm for my necklace I have been back 4 times to repair it. The price is different everytime for almost the same repair. As a business I would imagine you would think about repeat customers and taking care of a previous customer but I guess not. I think you just lost a customer. Sorry guys.

Bought a chain and the owner and the lady that works there lied and misinformed with the lending company they use. All they want is to make a sale and no don’t care to screw their customer. Called the lending company and they have a lot of complaints from customer about this scammers. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE. Read all the comments please.

Not really Happy with the $6000 gold chain i bought . The links do not look tight and properly aligned . I wish i can return it .

THE WORST! i never leave reviews but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had!! both places in the mall have the worst customer service and no help at all, unclear prices, they make up
prices on the spot with their calculator depending on how you look. my brother went there asked for the same thing and we both got different prices he got cheaper i got the more expensive… asked if something small can be fixed they were gonna charge almost 90 for something i did at home… never again. horrible experience! there are plenty of other out there! look else’s where

walked over to the other site right next to it to see if they can do something so small they were gonna charge me around 100 for a small change just making it flatter and the man started acting rude and telling me to give them the chain all i asked can you please be careful it’s very special it’s s dead relatives please be careful and they started being very rude and started to get loud and threw what i bought on the counter and left then the other lady w red hair walked over so fast like she was gonna try and hurt me and kept saying he’s not yelling, im not gonna argue w you do you want it or not!!!! and they both were being very rude saying what i had was not even work 100 and degrading me in their store in front of customers, i walked out very disappointed and this is why i will never buy again from them!
