Sam's Club Pharmacy

Sam's Pharmacy is really convenient, and you DON'T even need to be a Sam's club member to fill your prescriptions! They have alot of medicine's here that other pharmacy's don't have, they even offer Canine medication, which I've found is cheaper than my Vet's Price's! The Pharmacist's and Techs are very friendly and always have time to address any questions you may have. They even offer Flu, pneumonia, and other vaccines right there.

I've dealt w/ a couple of rude employees. 1 wanted to argue w/ me because the freestyle company sent me a letter to take to the pharmacy for a replacement sensor instead of them just sending me a replacement in the mail. I was just following what the company sent me. What really sent me over was when i went to the pickup area & called & they didn't tell me to come back or that they were going to lunch for an hour so i ended up waiting for an HOUR to get my prescription. Which, i was actually in a bind w/ my blood sugar so this was kind of scary for me. So i stopped coming during lunch & got there 30min before they close. I got put on hold for 10+ minutes! Knowing darn well they'd just close & i wouldn't get my prescriptions, I finally hung up & called back. They picked up immediately & helped me... so i guess they forgot i was on hold.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Several times, I have stood over 5 minutes before a surly person even acknowledges I'm there. When I worked retail I would have been fired for that. It doesn't take a lot to say Hi, I'll be with you in a moment. Will not be going back no matter what the cost.
