This place gets 5 starts because of Rocky. He is so kind. So patient and efficient. The world needs more people like him. His attitude was calm and his smile was bright. He seemed very happy to be serving us and it showed. Thank you Rocky for making my experience at Krystal's a greats one. Please keep up the great work. You deserve every single promotion and compliment that you receive.

I wish they had these in Miami. I love these burgers. I like White Castle too but I like the flavor of the Krystal burgers more. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, definitely better than the one at Wendy's, Chick-fil-A takes the cake but Krystal's was very close. The classic Krystal Cheeseburgers are so good. If we had these Miami, FL, I know my family would gladly trade McDonald's for Krystal's. The fries are also delicious.

We went on 3/26/24. Those poor workers had no ac!!! I hope that is addressed quickly for them. They did have individual ac's in the store, though we did not eat in. The food was awesome, as always! This is a stop for us every time we come to Orlando, which is quite often 👏

Always come to this location vs a one closer to home. Ppl are nice, food is hot n fresh. Amanda is always super sweet n runs this place. She handles everything like a boss. Need more ppl like her

I drove 15 mi for Krystal believe it or not and I was ready for the normal not so friendly attitude however, this is the first time I've ever been to this Crystal since anyone that is close to me have closed down. The lady helping me (Ruby) at the drive-thru was more than friendly not only at the speaker but when I paid for my order. I wish this place was closer to me!! If the other crystals treated their staff is nice as I was treated today I could only hope that they would still be around

Prices are up a lot here from the past, 10 piece wing combo is 18.99, burger is 2.00 , same taste, new building paint colors

Felt so bad for the workers it was so hot 🔥 🥵 😫 but been there done that staff was amazing cashier 110% good service 👏 🙌 👍

Landed at MCO and was starving, so ended up going to this Krystal on the way back to Jacksonville. I had the most amazing customer service experience with the manager Dominic! It was 1 in the morning, I was exhausted, and he was enthusiastic, efficient, and the food was perfect! I got the 24 Krystal pack. Highly recommend Dominic and this location!

Been craving a cheese Krystal for awhile. This store did not disappoint. The ladies behind the counter were very sweet and got our meal out to us quickly and it was all hot and fresh. Even got a bundle to go!!!
