Humberto has the best customer service. He showed patience and determination when It came to choosing the right wipers for my car and installing them. I think it's important in a day and age that good help is hard to find that employees like humberto should be recognized and appreciated . Thanks again humberto.

I was looking for header gaskets on this visit. These guys took measurements and looked into it for me. Very professional shop.

I was moving Monday the 27th and my headlight went out...I called 2 oreillys they were too busy... I called the one on 14th in Bradenton spoke to Chad he was more than willing to help. When I got there Chad was helping a customer so a lady from Ellenton helped me she even changed out the lights for me

These guys are absolutely awesome! My husband and I went to this location around 8pm last night. We're having trouble with one of the cylinder heads and the spark plug. We discussed a couple of options, figured out which one suited our needs and budget. They were SO helpful, we found our new auto parts store! Special shout out to Tracy and the young gentleman working with him last night!!!!

Went here today to purchase a steering wheel cover for my truck. I tried to put it on myself but I thought it was too small. Went inside and asked for help from Jesus. He came out and preformed what I thought was impossible and got the steering wheel cover on with only a slight struggle. The whole time he was positive and friendly. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

I got a good battery at a decent price. The gentleman that took care of me and installed it and had some issues but is very professional and courteous. I will definitely shop there again

Went to see if they had a 25amp PWR Window fuse which none of the other part stores in the area carried in store or online. The associate working behind the counter said they don't carry it in store,but would check online for one. He couldn't find a 25amp fuse,but did find a 30amp one that looked identical to the one I have. He ordered it for me,but said he wasn't going to charge me until we were sure it was a perfect match. Went to the store the following day when it arrived and compared the fuses. They looked like twins with the only difference being the 5amp difference. Any electrician will tell you that you can go up in amps and not below when replacing a fuse. Giving this location a very strong 5 star rating for service!

I came here and purchased some Bosch premium wiper blades for my truck , the clerk offered to put them on I said sure go ahead , excellent service l didn't have to lift a finger

Door is very clean staff is nice will help women or men they are very knowledgeable of their stock and when they have time they will even come out and put a battery in for you or you just have to wait a little while and they'll do it for you can't say enough nice things about the staff

I have an Awesome tome whenever I go in the Sarasota or Bradenton one. All the guys drop everything 2 help me out. Lol! A guy told me that he had been there 4 10min and I walk in and everyone trying 2 help me. Lol!

Great customer service,
knowledgeable and fair pricing.

Very clean all the sales people are helpful and friendly if they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it by the next day from one of the larger stores in Lakeland out of the two O'Reilly's drive to this one it's easier to get in and out of in the courtesy and help of the employees as worth the extra Drive even if the other one is closer.

Man, Travis saved the day and survived my mother's wrath with his virtuous patience. He tried to save us money and checking our batterys warranty with walmart. Ultimately our battery was dead and just got a new battery here. Travis installed it in a blink of an eye.

If you're in need of quick friendly and accurate service this is the auto parts store to go to! All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is very clean.
