HearingLife of West Palm Beach FL

Everything is great. I have been using some other hearing aids for about 4 years but for some reason they did not seem to be working as well. A new hearing test revealed my ears had not changed that much so I don't understand why I was having more trouble hearing. The new ones from HearingLife are great and definitely are allowing me to hear better. I like the Android app very much. Strongly recommend this product and the service is great!

Hearing test I ever had the crew is terrific the audio analyst. He was the best he calls me back and follows up on my requests. Top-notch and first class in my book. I would give them 10 stars. Plus They listen to everything you have to say. They treat.

Everyone is super nice. Ever since Dikpal came to this office I have been treated with utmost care. He takes time to educate me on how to improve my hearing and I have greatly benefited from his generous guidance. The best audiologist I have seen thus far.

This place is top notch on every level. First experience is with Lorna at the door. Upbeat, friendly and ready to get you what you need. The service of my left hearing aid was very effective, it's better than new now. I was good with that when the tech said hey let's clean that right hearing aid while you're here. Quick, effective, friendly service. They were an hour away from where I'm staying and I am so glad I made the trip. The only negative result is that I can hear my wife better now. 😂

David Henson was experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County for some time. I found David sleeping in an open field. David has also been experiencing hearing loss as of late. I was able to take David to My Hearing Center out of West Palm Beach where he received treatment and a free hearing test. Lorna and Dr. Kate have provided excellent care and service to David. They both have gone above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Kate and Lorna. You are all the best.

They were wonderful to work with and fixed my problem quickly

First time visit since the companies merged and I am very impressed with my welcome. Mr. Joshi introduced himself and went over his background and then explained what services HearingLife could provided me with. He took care of the problem I came in for very quickly and sent out my defective ear mold for repairs after confirming that I still had a warranty period left. Very professional and a good listener too. Looking forward to having a good relationship with him and the local HearingLife office

Mr. Joshi, went out of his way to provide an ear examination for my licensing needs. He was so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The office is clean, new & state of the art plus they are affiliated with over 800 offices nationwide. Great experience

My first visit to HearingLife in West Palm Beach. I met with Dikpal Joshi. He was extremely knowledgeable about my More hearing aides as well as my Samsung Cell Phone. First he serviced the hearing aides, updated the firmware, cleaned the units and tested all with me. We worked out my problem at least for the time I was there. The next day (today) I received a phone call from him to follow up that I was satisfied with what was done and the outcome. I said I was still having the original problem and he said he will take this up with Tech Support and get back to me. One of the nicest guys I have met. HearlingLife is luck to have him. I look forward to working with him in the future as my go to guy.

Office is well organized. All staff members definitely listened to my reporting my experiences with my Hearing aids AND offered sound advice.

The condition of the entire office was immaculate and apparently well organized.

I had a great visit to the West Palm location! Compared to my previous visits to an audiologist, this trip changed my tune. Simple to find the location and good parking available.
Lorna at the front was incredibly helpful and kept me well informed before and after my appointment. Dr. Chmieleski was also amazing. She answered all of the questions I had and even the questions I didn't know I had!
Will be recommending to all friends and family looking for a hearing center.

One of my hearing aids needed a new wire. I’m currently bedridden after recent spine surgery. I called the West Palm Beach office and explained my situation.
I was told that if I can get someone to bring the hearing aid in it’ll be taken care of immediately.
My wife brought it to the office and she was helped immediately and courteously.
