This was my first experience at this store. And let me tell you, they are full of surprises! Ducky was amazing today!! He helped me out so much and surprised me in many ways to get the shoes I wanted and the deals I needed! 5 stars to Ducky! Keep up the good work!

I’ve been to this location a few times, and the staff here has always been amazing! Super friendly, and extremely helpful. Rachel is absolutely fantastic! She noticed our 15month old was getting a little upset with shopping, and came right over without hesitation. She was so kind, even offered to walk our kiddo around with her. Literally the best customer service experience I’ve honestly ever had.

I went to exchanged two pairs of shoes I ordered online for my son and the two female staff along with the male staff were happy to help and assist in every way and made the exchange process very smooth. I would highly recommend this location and would say that this is one of the only good stores at cross creek mall with good staff.

We were on a mission. A specific one. A pair of high top Vans to match our little girl's dress for a father-daughter dance. The Vans store in Fayetteville, NC was our destination. Little did we know, we were about to encounter the most extraordinary employee, Rachel, who turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a truly delightful one.

Walking into the store, we were immediately drawn to the vibrant, eclectic collection of shoes. Our 5-year-old found herself enchanted by a pair that, unfortunately, was not the one we had come in search of. We braced ourselves for a potential meltdown, but then Rachel stepped in, radiating an aura of calmness that seemed to diffuse the brewing storm.

Rachel didn't prey on us, didn't use our situation to make a sale. No, she did quite the opposite. She engaged our daughter, skillfully talking down the allure of the not-so-right shoe. Her genuine concern was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise sales-driven world.

And then, the stickers. She handed our daughter a set of cool stickers, a small gesture that effectively defused the situation. We could see our daughter's eyes light up, the imminent tantrum forgotten. We later found out that Rachel had bought these stickers out of her own pocket, a testament to her extraordinary commitment to her customers.

The Vans store is, undoubtedly, a great place to shop, but it is Rachel who made our experience truly memorable. Her customer-centric approach, patience, and warm-heartedness have earned our loyalty. From now on, our Vans business is going straight to Rachel.

We walked out of the store not just with a perfect pair of Vans, but also a heartwarming experience to remember. Thanks, Rachel, for being the superhero we didn't know we needed! This isn't just a five-star review for the store. It's a resounding applause for Rachel, the rockstar employee who turned a shopping trip into a heartwarming memory.

A bright spot in a otherwise dismal location! This shops staff is friendly and exceptionally helpful. I was greeted and offered assistance by multiple staff members. They offered guidance on cleaning care as well as additional items I may like. The lady who finally assisted me with my purchase was excellent! She took the time to find the color I wanted online as it was not available in store and even offered a military discount. I am definitely recommending.

Went in yesterday morning with my husband to finish our Christmas shopping. Rachel was helping us and really went above and beyond. She was so kind and helpful, even running back to the shoe room and finding us a pair of shoes we thought were going to be out of stock. Thanks Rachel! We love Vans!!

Van's is a great atmosphere to shop. I feel they need more workers to help when customers need shoes. They are very friendly
