Hiddenbed USA

Several months ago I made the decision to convert one of my bedrooms to a hybrid office/bedroom. The best option for doing that was a "murphy bed". After researching more than a dozen offerings, I decided on Hiddenbed USA (which coincidentally was less than two miles away from my home). What I loved about their solution was that it was 100% real wood (no particleboard or flakeboard), locally made, and an attractive, first class product. All of the other solutions were not 100% real wood, and many of them were made overseas (I prefer when given the choice to buy locally made).

Although it was a wait to get my Hiddenbed custom made for my home, it was absolutely worth it. Diane was great to deal with, and when I mentioned that I needed it installed by mid-December, they did everything possible to get my Hiddenbed manufactured and installed by my deadline.

I love the finished product and the installation crew was top notch. I can't say enough great things about the company, their people, and their products. Definitely the best solution available.

Seamless ordering and installation. God to work with. Quite a while (3 months) between ordering and install (they build the beds themselves) but we were told that at the beginning and it worked fine for us. Love the end product

I only have the nicest things to say about Hiddenbed Cape Coral, with both the product and the service. I was nervous to purchase a Murphy bed online because quality is important to me, and all I could find were fake wood systems. I visited Hiddenbed in person, and found they had a wide variety of styles in hardwood. They have additional styles not immediately visible in the showroom. I wanted a very plain, white, modern version, and although they had no examples in the store they did have photos of past work that fit my interest. I was warned that because I was not getting any molding due to the simplicity of my design, that a seam would be visible down the center of the unit (two panels must be used due to the size of queen beds, which would result in a seam). However, the craftsmanship was so great that this seam is all but invisible. I thought this was an excellent sign of both work quality and also communication. The lift mechanism is so strong that it is easy for one person to lift the bed. The installation team was prompt and courteous, and helped me move my mattress out of the way before install of the unit. Installation cost was included with the bed purchase, for a lesser cost than many low-quality online models. There were COVID supply-related delays, which of course is not the company’s fault, and they did a great job keeping us informed about this issue. I would be highly confident purchasing from them either in-person or online. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Our experience with Diane with her explaining the Cabinet Bed functionality made the decision to purchase a no brainer. Matt delivered the bed at our convenience and truly provided a white glove delivery and set up. We like the bed so much we ordered a bookshelf. Highly recommend Hidden Bed!

We were happy with the attention to detail when ordering our Hiddenbed, and very satisfied with the delivery, especially the pleasant & talented people who showed up on time to deliver and set up our purchase. As we recover from losing our home to Hurricane Ian, it's a nice change to have professionals who value prompt, courteous service. Highly recommend!

Hidden Ben is a hidden gem in Cape Coral. My hidden bed is a great addition to my guest bedroom. I am able to utilize the room for other things instead of just a bedroom, and have the flexibility of having a bedroom when guest come in town.

Had the best customer service and also the best prices!! I would definitely buy here again! Exceeded expectations.

Love my bed. I was able to use an extra bedroom for a multi purpose room. I could fit the exercise equipment and the bed. When the bed is up, I have the center of the room open for a folding table to use for anything I want.

Perfect for our situation. Had some friends for a week and the woman who slept on the bed said it was perfectly comfortable. When she vacated, back into a chest holding a tv. Best of both worlds!

WE LOVE OUR NEW HIDDEN BED CABINET. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND FITS INTO OUR LANAI AREA FOR OUR GUESTS. HIDDEN BEDS PROVIDES A GOOD QUALITY BED AND DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IT TO OUR DELIGHT.

I just love the cabinet beds! They come in several different styles. The Sky Blue model is my favorite!
