Such nice staff and items are well organized. I bought a full set of dishes for only $22!! Then I forgot the dishes at the counter..someone answered the phone right away when I called and held my dishes. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and will always shop at the Vero location.

Ross is a great place to shop. They have great prices on everything they carry.

Manager was very helpful, can't remember her name but I called 11/7/2020 around 1:25 because I thought I left bags earlier in the week and she took the time to pull up the video, and go over my receipt with me to verify everything I had. The extent of going over my receipt wasn't necessary for her to do but helped me out and she was patient and kind the entire time. Thank you!

Usually I find nice things reasonably priced. They carry all different sizes for both male& female. Also, I love the infant section, they have a variety of things to choose from. My experience with wait time & customer service has been good [pleasant].

I go to this Ross almost every Saturday. The dresses and shoes that I have bought from there always get lots of compliments.
Their accent furniture prices are unbeatable but if you see something you like, I suggest you buy it then because I have learned from experience it will not be there when you return. Great store.

May not have what you are looking for but you will always find somthing

My daughter bought a dress and shoes for her husband's grandfather's funeral. My daughter has a tricky figure, she's rather pear shaped and finding clothing for her that doesn't have to be altered is always a delight. This dress looked like it had been professionally tailored to fit her and that's a true challenge. I had never shopped Ross before, but I will again.

These stores are always hit or miss depending upon the inventory. We got a hit this time. I got a great Hurley hat for $12.

The best Christmas Decorations are at Ross. I had a gift card. Bought all new.

Love this place! Just got everyone something to go to my daughters graduation...3 pairs of shoes, 2 dresses, 3 shirts, 1 skirt, and pair of pants all for 150! Oh and i can't forgot along with two purses....Score!
