Love Kanes been shopping there for years Great customer service except a few things

Got a great price on 3 elegant lamps! Love the Repersentive that was assisting me she was patient and friendly very helpful. There were floor men assisting, loading and gathering items other customers had purchased. But, they took the time out to find a matching laptop in the store that was not with one of the other lamps I purchased.

Today was an excellent experience. We found everything we needed and to make it all better a very great deal on two rooms. The sales representative, Destiny. Was very nice and helpful in our experience today. She was the the reason we made our purchase with Janes furniture today.

I went on March 6 2023 and I bought a leather sofa. And am very happy with it. But the most important thing is not the sofa or the Store. is the person who was very patient and he help me upon all the details want I want to know. His name is Pedro Alzate. Thank so much. If need more furniture I ll looking for him. Thanks.

My goodness what a great experience, just had the opportunity to meet the store GM Amy Howard. She is the best and now I know why the experience was so good. Thank you Amy and team. Hands down the best place I have ever gone to get a mattress. Ask for Amy, she will have one of her team members take great care of you.

We were assisted by Shawn, a new employee. He was so kind and professional. We were most honored to be a part of his learning (training) experience. I think he's going to be great at his job. My only advice would be for him to be a bit more assertive to help increase his sales. He's quiet and shy but I certainly appreciate the fact that he was not pushy. We just bought a bed for a guestroom at the Hillsborough location. Other people complain about the appearance of the outside, but it was no bother to me. If not remodeling helps to keep the prices low, I'm all for it. I'm not trying to buy the building, just needed a bed. Great service indeed!

I had an awesome experience at Kane's furniture with my sales associate Taz. He was great and didn't try to oversell me! He was personable, he listened to me, answered all my questions! I told him I would come back and 2 weeks later I did. I am in love my new mattress and adjustable base. I have referred 2 others to him. The Best!! 🥳🥳

I had a fantastic experience today. The salesperson listened to needs and guided me, making appropriate and appreciated suggestions during the buying process. At those momentary lulls she encouraged us to relax on the furniture purchased. Way to go Gigi, we got a great deal and an awesome buying experience.

Our experience was awesome as always. Our salesman Lenny was very patience with us and it was very impressive the knowledge he had. All the salesmans was extremely friendly and courtesy. I solute them all.

First time visiting Kane’s and it was great! Had the right amount of time to browse around before we were greeted by our salesman Taz. He was very informative and easy to work with. We bought a beautiful bedroom set and new mattress. Can’t wait until it’s delivered!

Had a great overall experience and got a nice deal from Kane’s working with salesman, Jeff Slaton. He really went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for while staying within our budget. Strongly recommend working with him!

I normally do not write reviews, but my shopping experience was so good that I felt I must share. When I entered the store on E. Hillsborough, I was immediately greeted by Brad; he asked if he could assist me with my needs and when I told him what I was looking for, he took me to that particular area of the store then advised that if I should have any questions, he would be close by. I browsed the area unencumbered for about 20 minutes and when I was done, sure enough he was right there. Brad was very knowledgeable about their products and patiently answered all my questions - I have not shopped for a bed in 20 years and it wasn't so much picking out a bed as it was buying the perfect mattress set for my needs. He was wonderful! And when he could have "steered" me towards spending over $3000, he showed me how to get what I needed for only $1300! And during our conversation, he even helped me resolve my problem of how best to dispose my current bed. With my decision made, he explained their different types of payment plans then walked me over to their credit department and introduced me to Carmen with Acceptance Now. She quickly secured financing for me, politely and patiently answering all my questions, then thouroughly explained the contract I was signing with them. Once that process was completed, I met with Brad again to schedule my delivery.

I really had not planned to make a purchase when I walked into the store, I just wanted to ballpark what it was going to cost me when I was ready. Brad made it such a pleasant experience that I just felt like I had to have it now and Carmen eased my pain of parting with my money!

I had a wonderful time shopping for my furniture. Ill be shoppibg there again when tge fake plants go on sale. Sorry you all are closing. Thank you Cher for your service, and telling me Kanes was closing and had Sales going on.

Great 2019 Black Friday deals found, but that's not the more important thing we found in that furniture store. Awesome sales person, Ann Sullivan. She was not only very professional, but together with the store manager by Friday 29, 2019, they made us feel like we were at home, treating us as family members. Both very kind and all time helping to satisfy our furniture needs. I really encourage people reading this review to visit this store and please try to find the super star sales person Ann Sullivan.

Great selection and Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding the best options for us. Also liked the fact that the entire sales staff was friendly and let you browse instead if swooping down on you as walk in the door. The quality of the furniture is top notch and the main reason we are returning customers!

Sean Marley is a nice polite person he made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in he helped us pic out our furniture. He was there with us from moment to the end really great guy. I’m thankful that we met with Sean today to purchase our dining room set and look forward to purchasing more furniture from Sean and any sales associate that as good as he is. Lenie is always VERY pleasant! We have been shopping at this store for years. Staff is always helpful upon entering building and welcoming. If you are looking for good quality furniture along with pleasant staff, visit this location.

Jeffery made a potentially daunting experience into a dream. He was attentive and went above and beyond. Plus they have much better quality furniture for a lower price! I furnished my entire apartment with them.

Went to the Hillsborough Store and Brian assisted my mom and I select the perfect lift chair for her. He was very helpful and knew so much about the chairs. It was no pressure and delightful to deal with him and the staff at the store. Five Stars
