Taco Bell

It was nice. It was basically a ghost town. It was really clean, but the people seem to get a little pressed that we didn’t want to order our food on the kiosk other than that the food was really good

Very good food and very caring employees, overall best taco bell Ive been too.

Dana here provided excellent customer service. Food was delicious and communicated any delays in food in a friendly and effective manner.

I don't normally leave reviews of fast food restaurants, but today I visited the Manatee Ave W location to pick up lunch.

I have to say the staff member who took my order was probably the most polite and enthusiastic person I have met for a long time anywhere. He really looked like he was enjoying his job. I didn't get his name unfortunately.

And the food was well prepared and very hot. So full marks all around guys.

I called about a question with my order through Door Dash and spoke to the manager, James. He is the nicest manager I have ever spoken with at a Taco Bell! James was so helpful, had a wonderful speaking voice, and helped me so easily. He even said he’d send a diet coke on the order because I forgot to order it! Excellent.

Awesome! Stopped at this location for the first time today staff was super friendly and had a good sense of humor. One of the staff (might have been a manager) I didn't get her name asked if I was trying to remake the old chicken burritos they offered when I was at the window and made them the old school way for me!!! Will definitely be returning if I'm in the area. Awesome job guys keep it up much appreciated after a long weekend finishing up with an early shift before my days off.

Keep in mind that all food establishments are short staffed so appreciate the workers that actually come into work to serve us. Meanwhile half the state still thriving off unemployment.

I had a great experience at this specific location. Food was as advertised and all my requested sauces were in the bag. Staff greeted me right away and was kind and friendly. Will be coming back to this location!

I have always loved Taco Bell, but this location is the best one I've been to yet! Staff was very fast and friendly. All the food was cooked perfectly and had a good amount of toppings. We even got our drinks before the food was ready. Great service 👍

It's regular old taco bell , except with a chic fil a quality staff. I love the employees at this location everybody so courteous

Anywhere ya go if ya hear the bell and ya need a fix it’s all good no matter what location or what time of night or day. Thank you Taco Bell I’ve been a fan since 1986 when u could dip a dirty penny in the old style hot sauce and have it clean in 20 seconds. Have I mentioned how much I love Taco Bell?

I am at the 5410 Manatee Ave W, I have to say the team that they have on right now at 12:30 is amazing! I am highly allegoric to tomatoes and every Taco Bell I go to has to remake my order bc they don’t listen to me! But this Taco Bell did and I will be back! I didn’t get anyones names but the young lady that made my order which the order is under Ronnie and I was there 4/26/2022 at about 12:30ish pm she was amazing and made sure there was no tomatoes on my order! It’s really hard these days to find workers that’ll listen and get the job done with a smile! Thank you guys for being great

Just got some food here 10:35 pm on Wed. 3/28/18. Food was hot and hit the spot. Staff was all smiles and super friendly. Good to see crews taking pride in putting out good food with good service. Came about 11 days ago and it was a different crew, but same story. Just moved out here from E. Bradenton. You guys won my business. Keep up the good work!

This place has the best owner/manager I've seen. If he's there, you will have a great experience. He offered deals and options I didn't even know existed before coming here, and I'm a Taco Bell nut. This is the guy you want to give your business to.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area, they got a new manager and he is really turning the place around. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Plus the the food is great. And the place is always clean. So if your looking for a good Taco Bell this is the one!!

I don't normally like Taco Bell and just went out of necessity... but the lady who took care of us had some of the best customer service skills! Intuitive, kind, welcoming, accommodating, she was just perfect! So if you're going to go to Taco Bell, go to this one 🌮

I have 0 complaints about this tacobell! The food is always right and each person i have had is ALWAYS EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Have had a great experience each time. Both of the men that work in the drive thru are so kind.
