My experience was awesome, staff very helpful and very professional. Front desk receptionist Chalysa was very helpful, resourceful, patient and respectful. Managers Alexis and chante were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Overall everything about my room was clean and relaxing I would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a pet and stayed in one of the pet-friendly rooms, so there was a $50.00 charge. I didn’t notice any bad smells and the room was very clean. Breakfast was included; it had a waffle maker which make me happy. My only complaint was that our room was on the fourth floor and having a dog, that made taking her out pretty inconvenient.

We checked in late last night after a full day of driving, and we were greeted with the cheeriest, easiest, most pleasant late check in experience I’ve ever had! The room is spacious and comfortable, and amenities are great. The free breakfast this morning was not only tasty and full of options, it was also accompanied by an incredibly friendly employee (Leti I think?) who clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and is an awesome morning person. She’s a great addition to the breakfast. Nothing but positive things to say about our stay so far and looking forward to the rest of our week here.

I was really afraid of the Comfort Inn name due to previous experiences. However, I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean they were. Completely renovated and fresh. I mean, MY bathroom didn't even have moldy caulk! That never happens! The sheets were fresh and crisp and didn't smell like burnt bleach. They used a pleasant smelling detergent and I appreciate it! As for the staff, simply amazing! They were friendly, polite and caring. I really enjoyed my stay here. And since it's only about 15 minutes away and I will be doing more business at Fort Bragg, I WILL be staying at this Comfort Inn again!

I do a lot of research before choosing a hotel to stay in. I was pleased to find that all of the positive things I read were true. Most important to me - the beds were very comfortable & the room was quiet. The room was also very clean and the staff were very helpful when I needed anything. This hotel also does not have any bed bug reports! :)

If you’re looking for a hotel near base this is a clean one! They offer complimentary breakfast and have a great staff, good pricing as well!

We’ve been staying here almost a week and I can honestly say I wish we could stay longer. The staff is incredible, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are more polite then most of the local area hotels. The rooms are clean and updated, and are kept up through your stay. I recommend this place to anyone!

5 Stay all of the way! My son left his iPad in the room, under the blankets in the bed. Had no idea that he had even left it yet until the hotel called me to ask if I had a missing item. Customer service in itself was fantastic! Room and bathroom were clean with plenty of room. Breakfast time was lengthy and plenty of selections for everyone! Fantastic experience all of the way around, and then some with the honesty of the staff!

This place is absolutely perfect for a few nights stay in Fayetteville. The breakfast was hot and fresh and pretty good considering the price. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The housekeeping staff is thorough- all the rooms were spotless as far as I could see. I will definitely stay here again if I ever need a hotel again.

I booked this room for my parents. The room was very comfortable and clean, but what made me give this an excellent rating is because when they left my mother realized she'd left a nightgown that was very important to her. Now that may seem like an insignificant to some, but to the concierge at Comfort Inn it was a very big deal. That nightgown became important to them. And I have to give a humongous thank you to Ms. Ray whom was working the desk at the time. She went above and beyond to help us find and retrieve that nightgown. My mother was so happy as that nightgown was a gift from her youngest grandchild. The fact that Ms. Ray took the time to make something that unimportant in a manner of speaking be important that meant alot to my family and myself. Because of that small, act as well as the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel this will always be my mother's go to hotel when she visits me.

I visited my daughter an her family who are staying here during a move. I have to say the people I interacted with, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. I'd be happy to stay there and would highly recommend it.

I had an awesome experience at this comfort inn!! Everyone was very pleasant and our rm was very clean. The assistant manager Mrs. Lexi even ordered us food on her app because everything was closed for dining and we r truck drivers. Thank u so much Lexi we'll never forget your awesome hospitality!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Day and night shift staff both two thumbs way up!! Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The location is also great. It's near a movie theater and tons of restaurants and shopping. I travel alot for work and have stayed all over. For the money this place definitely gets 5 stars from me. Thank you Comfort Inn!!!!
