My wife and I came in on a whim. We were shopping another stores and came in to see what they had. Right at the entrance we were staring right at what we needed. We found Beautiful that would fit our windows perfectly. Unfortunately, we had to exchange a couple of panels and fortunately JCPenney is true to their word of accepting our return with no questions and we purchased the appropriate panels we needed For our windows!

Jcpenny charges $8.00 for returns, so I had to go allll the way over with one T-Shirt. I noticed now if you order online from jcpenny there is an $8.00 charge. I guess I won't be ordering online anymore. 😕. The store still has a pretty decent selection of merchandise.

Epic Black Friday deals. We got $800 worth of loot for under $250, and that's partially because their usual prices were already pretty great.

They also have a magical Christmas decor selection that is a can't-miss.

We found the drapery manager extremely helpful. She showed us the correct area for our needs. The online coupon saved us 30% on 8 drapery panels and 2 rods. Best buy in our Pennys.

Friendly, incredible, helpful staff everywhere in the store. There is a Big and Tall man's clothing department that I love shopping in. I always find all that need and in well cut and designed pants, shirts, etc. Great prices and I can always find a closeout or two or three. Saves me money. I'm sure you can find them throughout all clothing departments. It's always a good experience shopping here! Sure you'll enjoy it too.

Maria was very knowledgeable about the clothes. She was very attentive. If I was her boss I would give her a raise.
So I purchased a full suit with another pair of pants.

It was unfortunate that I had to go into the store, because the online order I made was very simple. I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts for my granddaughter. They were all to be shipped to her address in CA. One shirt made it there. Two pair of pants came to my local store in FL. to be picked up by me. The other shirt is still out there somewhere, supposedly en route, but we don't know to where.

This holiday season has been disastrous for mailing and shipping. It appears the competency level bar has been reduced significantly just to accommodate the choices of available employees. And yet, everyone is screaming for more money. Just another one of those thing that make me shake my head and say....hmm.

After digging around every other store in town I came here and found everything I was looking for, all items were on sale, but still more than I usually spend. It was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Great clothes and great sales. I shop for my grand niece's birthday every year and I always find the perfect outfits. Need to go back and shop for myself! Having a Sephora in the store is a great convenience also!
