Holiday Inn Miami North – I-95, an IHG Hotel

We were so impressed with the staff at this location. Kimberly was so helpful and took care of our luggage after our flight was changed and we showed up early. The housekeeping staff readied a room for us quickly and the manager, was a lovely woman who helped us check in early and was very clearly involved in the every day tasks of running the hotel. Seriously, the manager was always on her feet, fixing problems, making people comfortable and just overall really caring about us. Everyone on staff here deserves a raise.

This hotel is fantastic. I’m not sure how long it’s been here but it appears to be brand new. The hotel was very clean, secure and accommodating. The pool area has a nice intimate setting. Kitchen employee Raul gave us exceptional customer service. He made sure our food was fresh and delicious! Thank you RAUL!

Everyone from the desk clerk to the housekeepers do a phenomenal job!

Everyone gets it wrong. The service at the restaurant is good. The bar tender has too many jobs. They are the bar tender, the cook, the dish washer, the server, the bus boy all rolled into one
Give them a break. Corporate is looking at profits not customer service. The employees are doing their best.

Listen when I travel back to Miami, I will DEFINITELY stay here again. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and there was available parking. The room was spacious and it was up to date. I fell in love with the bathroom. I had a nice view of the city. I ate breakfast every morning here and it was delicious. They took really good care of me. I had a very late check out and they were kind and gracious about it.

Gustavo the bartender, and Francis the chef are great. The food and service in the restaurant are really great; the restaurant is extremely clean and looks really nice- it is highly recomended!!- the restaurant and other hotel staff members are attentive, caring, professional.

The Bar and Food was amazing. The Bartender Gustavo was awesome and super friendly. To our surprise the food was delicious, I had bbq chicken flatbread pizza and my wife hard mahi mahi taco’s that were amazing.

Good location and very clean. Paulie in the dining area was most accommodating and friendly. Clean hotel and nice amenities.

Richard at The Cove was great! From the initial walk up he offered friendly service. He cooked our food personally and it was 10/10! Definitely would rebook a stay 👍🏽 GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Cleanliness, quiet, and comfort is what you want in a hotel, and this Holiday Inn delivered on all points! I got the breakfast bar included in my package, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Truly enjoyed my 5 night stay. The staff was wonderful in all areas and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was professional and friendly, atmosphere was excellent. Room/bathroom was clean, spacious, they have a restaurant downstairs I ordered the steak Quesadilla it was delicious with a couple of beers I wanted shrimps also but they were out of them. The bar only have mixed alcohol drinks with soda or different juice that they carry that was different, I had a long trip and needed a margaritas. I asked for coffee also with my dinner they didn't have any only for breakfast they only had a huge commercial coffee pot wow 🍹. I didn't have a problem with the employee's They could only give me what management give them

Everything was awesome! I'm pleasantly surprised due to such a low per night rate. Close to the Port of Miami for cruises.

Clean room, close to downtown, great breakfast, but you have to pay for it. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are updated and provide a comfortable stay. The real prize is at the lobby bar/ kitchen. Luis will expertly mix anything you desire to drink and compliment it with his amazing attitude... While chef Francis will masterfully cook up something amazing for you in the kitchen! I highly recommend at the very least this bar and restaurant!

Stayed here for my 4 day trip. Housekeeping does a GREAT job, Hotel was very clean, room was clean and smelled fresh, front desk staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They have good breakfast and a nice little bar downstairs. Wifi reception was my only issue here.

Pros: Free parking, no resort fee, good location (14 min away beach, 13 min away MIA airport), nice breakfast (extra cost), good service, clean rooms, renovated.
Cons: one of the elevator was broken, it caused the the wait
Conclusion: I'd stay again & recommend this hotel to my friend

This hotel is only 5-6 miles from downtown Miami. Friendly front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable! The room was small, but was sufficient for our needs. It would have been nice if breakfast was included. We hope to find reasonable rates at this hotel so that we can stay again.

Lovely restaurant and bar in the lobby with very good american fair and tacos. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely updated with great lighting and modern aesthetics. Location leaves a little bit to be desired, but is definitely outweighed by the value priced stay.

I used this Holiday Inn as part of a room block during my wedding. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are renovated. The staff are very nice and helpful- manager Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate us. Though it doesn't look like much from the outside, we had a wonderful stay here and my guests enjoyed it as well..will visit again!

I stay here whenever I come into town and that’s quite frequently. I love how it’s on the Main Street and near everything but ducked off also! I especially like SANTIAGO! he is the absolute best. very patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I think he is the main reason I always come back! Definitely recommend.

This hotel shocked me how clean it was. This had been one of the best hotels I've stayed at in South Florida. The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable including the bed. No noise from the outside or anything. Was a great stay. Will definitely come back again with my family.
