The Shack Riverfront Restaurant & Outback Tiki bar

Service phenomenal, food phenomenal, vibes phenomenal. Kim our server was amazing and gave great recommendations. The drinks were strong and delicious and the food is prepared by a proper chef. Well seasoned and well cooked. I had Mahi tacos which were the best I’ve ever had and we also had conch fritters and grouper bites which were also delicious.

I ordered the lobster roll and it was outstanding. Also a host selected a table on the deck against the rail with a great view of the bay area and the dock. Lots of fish were jumping while the dolphins chased them over the sand bar. My server was Kim and she was great 👍

We stumbled upon this place while driving through Melbourne. What a great find! The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was amazing! Our server Jess was great too!

Great atmosphere, food, and view. They were very busy when we arrived, but they staff was super accommodating. Live music was super fun. The waitress gave us great recommendations and the food was delicious. The owner took the time to come by check on us. Great place!

I enjoyed my shrimp tiki bowl and the chowder soup. Our server Myka was so kind and made us feel so welcome. She was so patient in providing her recommendations given it was our first time. Oh and the live music while we ate our meal definitely topped it off.

What a perfect gem. I have been picking random spots to try due to me just getting into town. As a native Floridian I look for places where I can relax, sight see and eat great food with a beer. And I found it all right here. The team member’s were friendly and the food was perfect. Definitely found a place to sit back and enjoy life. If you go at the right time you might meet there friendly Crow.

Absolute hidden gem! Best staff, food and atmosphere! Our server, Mary, who is also the manager, was the best of the best! Fantastic personality and just another reason to come back for more!

We found this place by accident. We were boating on the Indian River and saw a storm coming. This was the nearest restaurant with a dock. The dock is really nice with ladders for easy access to the boat. The waitress said the dock is only a month old.

We were a bit shocked to see the burgers were $20. The 8 of us settled in at a table on the porch. The automatic roller windows were down protecting us from the rain, but we could still see the boat.

Our waitress Kim was very good. She made sure we were seated in a sheltered area with a good breeze. She didn't mind that there were 5 different checks.

I had the swiss mushroom burger with Sriracha coated mushrooms. Yum. The onion rings and French fries were tasty.

Maybe next time, I'll try a Tiki Bowl with Cajun Cream or Mango Habañero sauce.

The seafood menu looks good, but is too pricey for me for a casual lunch. The place is clean with a nice casual atmosphere. I'll go back when I feel like celebrating something or my wallet feels a little fatter.

Really pretty place to enjoy a great time with friends or couples .Nice music ,great service . I will comeback for sure. I tried the Pina colada wow wow wow really good I was not too happy with the Greek salad .It was missing a little more feta cheese and black olives . Great music, amazing 360 view and romantic spots and seats .Very crowded so better to be on time and get valet

Very fresh high quality food and nice plate presentation. We sat on the back deck which was shaded but provided a lovely view. I had the blackened Mahi-mahi and 2 sides. I ordered a virgin Mojito and it was fabulous !

Went here for an early lunch. Mary was our server busy but amazing! She was friendly and efficient eventhough she had the whole patio. Food was delicious sorry no photos! Hidden little gem with great drinks and views!

Totally worth the price. The atmosphere is amazing! Right on the water. The hostess was welcoming and our waitress Emily was very sweet and attentive. There was only valet parking but it was complimentary. And the food was great too. The stuffed flounder was delicious! Cheese curds were super fresh and I highly recommend the crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert.

Mary was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us with an immediate hello and smile. She offered great food suggestions and stopped by periodically to check on us Mary you rock? And Cassandra at the bar was awesome with drinks suggestions as well.

Amazing views of the Indian River and the best seafood dishes this side of America! A great place to take your out of town friends or family! Right now they have a BOGO for lunch till the end of August! Go there, you won't be disappointed! Here's my Mahi mahi sandwich with zucchini! YUM!

First time here. Better than expected! Awesome atmosphere with great service! Mary our waitress kept checking on us to make sure we were set. Food was great and with live music you can't beat it! Oh! And the views of the lagoon!

We just had the best experience with the Shack! Live music was great, bottomless mimosas, food was on point and the best of all was Mary our server. She was so friendly and fun and attentive! She was efficient and always there to check on us, as a large walk in party of 8 during bottomless Sunday brunch we could not of had a better experience. 10/10 we will definitely be back. The vibe is a blast and it's fun for all ages! Cheers Mary, and thank you for saving me from the bird!

Been living in melbourne for over 40 years and never tried this place! Great food and great atmosphere! It was too cold that day to sit out on the tiki bar, but I def will come back to hang out with a tropical drink overlooking the Indian River lagoon!!! Looking forward to our next visit!

The Shack Riverfront did an amazing job with our big group of 40 people!! Emily and Mary were very organized with our sports group getting all the kids’ orders and parents together. Service was fast and extremely friendly and helpful!!

Was looking all over Brevard for a fun venue for my wife's birthday party. We were expecting 40 to 50 people for a Saturday afternoon party. Wanted an outdoor on the water kind of place that was good rain or shine, plenty of shade, great view, great food, live music, beer, wine, and liquor, and still kid friendly. We hit a Home Run with The Shack. We had our own private shaded area, incredible service, the food was hot and delicious, and the music was awesome by Acoustic Therapy, our party planner Mary was there and attended to us even at the party. It could not have been better, and everyone at the party said they will definitely go there again. Parking was a breeze with valet and plenty of parking, we could not have been more delighted! My suggestion, if you've not been there, GO! If you want a great place for even a big party, GO!
