I bought the cutest dress from here last week. The ladies that helped me were so helpful, knowledgeable, and best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The dress fit a little tight in my arm pits. So they altered it and shipped it to me in less then a week. I will be shopping here again!

Was looking for a dress for family wedding - kept changing my mind and finally settled on a dress I had from Pineapples last fall. They we SO, SO patient and sweet. Impeccable taste. Looking forward to next visit already.

Bad experience today. I do love their clothes but be careful if you need to return something.. 2 weeks ago I bought a lavender boho dress. I didn't try it on because I was a bit wet with bathing suit and cover up on.it was too large so I bought it back today , tag still on and the credit card I purchased it on. I was unable to get refund or store credit. Too bad an up scale store can't provide a credit card return. I won't shop there again

Will never set foot in Pineapple again. The staff were beyond rude and condescending. I will shop in stores where customers are welcome.
