Knowledgable, organized and friendly staff. A smooth and enjoyable experience, all around an awesome pawn shop! Been in a couple times to sell old jewelry for my parents, as well as some of my old beginner guitars. Both employees were extremely helpful and friendly and we’ve always reached fair prices.

Purchased a small handgun online through Palmetto State Armory and Mad Dog Pawn served as the delivery point. I also filled out my 4473 there.

Professional, seamless, friendly, helpful, safe, well supplied with ammo, and clean. Prices for firearms and ammo are fair.

Great opening hours and very convenient.

I have to say this is one of the best pawn places I've ever been very friendly they gave me a very good deal on a generator. I saved over $400 compared to buying a new one. Considering this one was practically brand-new with no hours on it. I bought lots and lots of items on this place and have never been dissatisfied. The staff is phenomenal and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Update I go to this place at least twice a week now. I checked for a new stuff cuz they always have a great deal I've gotten so much stuff in this place it's unbelievable. I even got a really good mixer from them that's only $400 or something dollars and I got it for very very little less than half. I don't check anywhere else but here Best Pawn Shop in town and as you can see I've gotten a lot of fishing gear from this place

3 years ago the owner of Mad Dog pawn shop Came to my father's home and purchased several guns and high end rifels. Dad was terminally ill. The father and son treated dad with respect and dignity. They were fair and negotiated fair prices. Thank you!

I just wanted to leave a review. My husband and I use to come here and shop all the time at Mad Dog Pawn before we moved. The owner and his son are the best business in Bradenton, FL in my opinion. They are honest and loyal to their customers I haven’t found a gun shop like them since we left. I hope you guys are doing well!!

long overdue 5 star rating for this place. yes they have a great selection. yes their ammo prices are quite competitive. but what really sets this place above the rest are the people. Fantastic customer service and a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home. I wish more places were like this.

Nice people! My first time in I found a midi controller for twenty bucks!!
It was worn out looking.....it had stickers on the keys....yuck! But I scraped the stickers off and it cleaned up nicely!! I'll be back to Mad Dog Pawn!

Plenty of pawn shops around here! But are they a good pawn shop? I just started to spend my money 💰 with this pawn shop about a week ago and they seem to be fair about prices and have a nice store. I spent a good chunk of $$ on one of their many firearms and have to wait the 3 day period (which is no problem of course) so far they seem to be good, ill come back and finish the review after our deal is finalized

UPDATE. 2YEAES LATER AND EVERYTHING I'VE PURCHASED HAS BEEN GREAT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES ON GLOCKS

Friendly, courteous, and very helpful. A very good price for receiving and processing the paperwork for the firearm I purchased online. I recommend Mad Dog for firearm purchases.

This pawn shop is really honest and reliable. I went to go in and sell some of my old flutes back from high school, and he gave me a fair price. When I went to go check the price with a music store, it was about the same. I would recommend going here because they won’t rip you off and are honest owners. Also, the shop has a dog. What more could you want?

I just picked up a beast of a gaming rig from Mad Dog Pawn! It's a family owned business, local to boot! Fantastic sons and Pa was the best! Called in looking for a nice used PlayStation 4, they answered an was more than kind to assist me, was able to find what I was looking for and sent my wife in to pick it up! They greeted her well and took great care of her purchasing our PlayStation. Got a great deal too! Got exactly what I was looking for, and for the price I thought was well acceptable.

There are no words in this world that can explain the professionalism they have in this place, I bought a gun online and I chose them by chance as a FFL and it was the best decision I made From day 1 they guided me through the whole process they explained everything to me step by step, we had some details with the documentation and they offered me all the help possible so that I could take my gun home... thank you very much and from today they have one more client and a loyal costumer 👍👍👍
