I am so impressed with not only the quality of the grab bars I purchased but the customer service too. The grab bars are everything I want them to be… in place for when we are older and might need them, streamlined to coordinate nicely with my fixtures, and matte black that does not scream hospital shower. When I realized several months after purchase that I did not need separate mounting hardware ( it does take a while to get all the subcontractors out) I had mistakenly purchased, it was long past the return date. Customer service offered a fair partial refund and now those mounts are off to Habitat for Humanity for someone who needs them. All in all a great experience.

Absolutely love the products and customer service from here!! I first saw the style of front door knob and deadbolt on an interior design show and scoured Google to find the exact same locking mechanism (the only hint I had as it was very uniquely shaped!) Found it, purchased and installed myself in 2021 (even drilled the dead bolt hole as we never had one in the first place!) and have been slowly replacing a handful of knobs in my home each time as I redecorate each room! All the knobs are metal through and through. No plastic or breakable parts. Worth it! You will not be disappointed! And thank you Jill for being so fast in helping with my questions!!

Have used Harney Hardware for more than 10 years. The quality of their products is second to none, shipping and service is exemplary. Replaced all entry doors in multiple properties, very convenient to have all doors for each property keyed alike. All interior handles, hinges and drawer pulls matched really make the property pop. After 10 years, had a problem with one door handle (out of hundreds of products purchased). A replacement was shipped immediately without question. THAT is why I am a Harney Hardware customer for life!

Remodeling the inside of our house I choose Harney door handles for the clean look and after installing them we love them even more. Nice and solid fit and they look great! From purchasing them online through receiving them was an easy process. The shipping department does a great job and the box with several handle inside arrived up without any damage.

This company provided the door hardware for our property at construction. We have had to purchase replacement hardware due to damage caused by residents and contractors on site. This company provides excellent customer service, and are some of the nicest people we have ever done business with! We drove to their warehouse to pick up our hardware and the facilities are clean and orderly (which unfortunately isn't the normal situation these days). We were greeted, processed and checked out in minutes! I wish all of the companies that we do business with were as courteous and efficient as Harney Hardware. Thank you to all your staff!

I have been looking for an interconnected door lock for months and all I could find were the full escutcheon handlesets. Harney had exactly what I needed and I was able to support a local business. I'm surprised they hadn't popped up in my search until today but I'm glad they did. I took a ride out there and made my purchase. Very professional staff and a nice facility. The lock is very heavy and of great quality. Everything fit and the installation was very smooth. I will be back here for all of my hardware needs.

Ordered five faucets Tuesday, they arrived Wednesday much to our surprise. Had minor issue with one faucet and it was quickly resolved. Great customer service. Will do business again.

Ordered hardware for a 3200 square foot home to replace all existing deadbolts, Passage, and bathrooms. Ordered all locks keyed the same. Had one that was keyed different. Called up service department and Jerry, sent me out a new lock with the proper keys. This company has excellent customer service and product. I ordered door knobs for my entire home. Harney Hardware shipped same day and arrived quickly. There was one minor issue with one of the knobs in my order. Michelle in customer service responded to my inquiry within an hour and had another knob shipped out, same day! Researched contemporary door hardware and found Harney. Searched their well documented website and found the style I was looking for. Placed an order for my Master Bathroom and when it arrived I was very impressed. The quality of the product was excellent and the install was straight forward. Had one issue where the product in the box was different than the label on the box. Talked with Jill in customer service. She was very gracious and apologized for the mistake. Immediately sent out replacement units. After I completed the install, I committed to Harney to convert all door knobs/hinges in my house. Contacted Jill directly to place the new order. She was most helpful in setting up a rather large order. Received the order in 3 days. Very Happy. Now, If I have any questions, I contact Jill directly. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend the organization.
