Script Choice Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy service for my elderly mom. The package her meds for morning and bedtime. So much easier, so she stays on schedule with her meds. I'm now trying to transition all meds from old pharmacy.

It was a pleasure working with script choice pharmacy and providing the best customer experience to our clients ! I personally fill my kids medications there and still receive 5 star service! They always have my meds on point and ask if i need refills on meds one by one!

Came in to fill my perception , the lady at the counter told me they have my medication but would not fill it because I don’t come every month to get it filled. First off Im a paying customer how does a business turn away paying customers? Have never been treated in such a way that makes you feel like you’re not wanted. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am a manager at a flooring store and I would never treat a customer in such a manner. If a customer is paying for a service or a product why turn them away, especially when I filled there before. Paying Customers is what keep your business's open. Would not recommend this place not customer friendly very poor customer service.

I pulled up to drive thru told them I didn't have a lot of money some of the medication I didn't need so I need to see what I can get. This guy told me I'll will be right out an I'll go thru you bag. He came out to the truck told me twenty-five dollars so I gave him $40.00 then a girl came out then said one of them cost $7.00 so I came in she was telling me my script then gave me .90 That was my food money they took from me. All that they cared about was making money. I look an realize I had not 3 months but six months of meds. I called an he said it seem like there was no problems when you came yes it was when I first pulled up I told you that I didn't have money then he got smart mouth with me an my husband asked who is he? He then invited my husband up to where he was in a threating way I told him that he really wouldn't want my husband to come where he was. So I informed him that I was going to call my insurance company an put a grievance out he told me that he didn't care also I told him that I would be changing pharmacy he said he didn't care so he also didn't care that he took the last dime that I had when I told him I couldn't afford all the medication that he forced on me. He caused a greater hardship on my family.
