I have never experienced this level of customer service. We went with a friend to open a business account and Marieliz was amazing. She opened the account and recommended for us to get a business account. Everything was smooth and easy. I recommended other business owners and they had the best experience also. She followed up with the client and provided the same customer service. She is amazing!

I was looking for a new bank and was greeted and helped by Victoria Delgado. She was awesome! Super informative, knowledge, kind, and very bubbly! She helped decide on the best account for me, did not only print out copies for me to take home but EXPLAINED to me what my account consisted of, continued to make sure I understood, and made small conversation. It’s customer service like that and people like her that keep customers coming back. Happy to be with a bank that employes awesome employees!

There needs to be a zero star option. I understand no one wants to work on a Saturday but come on. At first everything was going smoothly and then because of a problem with verifying my check because the call center was closed, I was fine but I contacted their customer service and she said she could verify it for me but the teller got an attitude and snippy with me. Her whole demeanor changed and she was just rude. I won’t be coming back here and I don’t suggest anyone else does either.

Absolutely terrible experiences. After multiple times of poor service, I am leaving PNC due to this branch alone. Now if you are a loyal customer of PNC like I was and you refuse to try out another bank, I urge you to go to any other PNC branch location.
Here some examples of what I tolerated before deciding to leave PNC:

1) After requesting a withdrawal in the drive through window I waited 7 minutes. I called them over the intercom and they said "Oh my Gosh, I totally forgot about you."
2) I gave up going to the window, and decided to try my luck inside when I needed a large cash withdrawal. I gave my ID, card and social security number to the bank teller. She was in a convo with the teller next to her. She took my ID and card and laid them down next to the woman and continued to talk as she came back to the comp. Then she asked for my info again, I said "umm i gave it to you," she said "I need your ID and social" (Mind you she was still talking about where she found a great deal on her shoes to the other woman". I replied, i already gave it to you, and you took it to the counter over there... Is it too much to ask for 5 minutes of focus? Who taught customer service to this group?
3) I ordered another credit card from them. They get credit for selling me a card so you'd think that was important. They input the wrong address. After 2 weeks I contact customer service and they agreed to expedite the card to the branch in 2 days. I called to verify it was there. They said "wait, who are you? and why did you have your credit card sent here?" (not exaggerating) BECAUSE you put my wrong home address in! Branch assistant manager: Oh, yea we sent that back.
Me: Why?
Manager: We didn't know who you were or why you were having a card sent here.
Me: You can't look up my name? or My info? Customer service said they contacted you?!
Manager: I'm not sure, I didn't talk to customer service...
4) This review is long enough and serves its purpose. I hope you don't waste your time with this PNC branch.

Acknowledgement would be nice. This location has gotten worse. It was never fast service but no service is unacceptable.
