Local gem! You might miss this place, as it is pretty non-descript from the exterior. You might even think "I'm not eating there"! That would be unfortunate for you!

This little local tavern serves a GREAT sandwich (I assume all of the food is great, but we came for the Ribeye Cheese Steak). Service was super friendly!

Don't drive by, stop in and enjoy!

The food was awesome. Never a better steak and cheese sub. The lady behind the counter sweet as she can be. Now the cook is a different story. He seemed to have a bit of attitude. Not friendly at all. He could really use some polishing up on customer service.

We had heard this place from many of our neighbors and wanted to try it. Apparently, it had closed for a short period of time and just recently re-opened. We had the ribeye steak sandwich with all the fixings and it was absolutely delicious!! The meet was tender, the bread was fresh, and the toppings were of good quality. Also, we highly recommend the fried mushrooms and the onion straws!

Awesome Cheese Steaks, true Philly style. Huge selection of very cold beer. You'll leave very full with extra money. The atmosphere is old and worn out, which makes it more fun. No style, no ambience, just really good food.

Good Food and friendly staff. We will definelty be back! We had the famous steak sandwich, just be sure to have an appetite as the large is huge! Great flavor in the steak. We also had potato skins and they to were fresh and very good.

The Boiler Room is an iconic hometown restaurant that serves the BEST cheese steak around. Additionally they have other grill and fryer items all at a reasonable price.
I don't eat cheese steaks anywhere else for the last 17 years. Yummy

I’ve heard stories about their Cheese Steaks and they were all correct 😁 Best Cheese Steak I’ve ever had. The environment is casual and the people who work there are very nice and friendly. I think everyone should go and enjoy.😎

We ordered Philly beef and cheese. Never had any better anywhere and also ordered a basket of onion straws. Usually try not to order something like the straws but are way too good not to order at those place. Server was great.

It’s a shame someone can’t get this place going again! Like everyone says hands down best steak sandwich in town and I agree ! Apparently the owner of building wants 7k rent that’s a big nut to crack to turn a profit! So sad to see such a great place go out of business! Hope they can reorganize 🧐😎

It will be hard to beat the rib eye steak & cheese, along with the string onions and shoestring fries!

Best cheesesteak I have ever had in my life, sad to see Matt close to the doors but understand. This spot will be missed on those summer nights after a long beach day or fishing. Nothing like a cold beer and excellent food. Best of luck guys, you will forever be a part of Manatee county history.

Absolutely wonderful friendly service! Shoestring onions Amazing! The steak Philly cheese sandwich is the best sandwich Ever! Wings are meaty and delicious. Oh... Yeah... If you like blue cheese it's HOMEMADE!!! If you are in town, it's A place to visit. It's a most on your trip through Bradenton!!! Thanks Matt!

The Boiler room is a little hole In the wall bar/restaurant. They have great food. Philly cheese steak sandwiches is one of their specialties. We get the sandwich and loaded nachos and split the orders. Really good. No wonder all the locals eat there.

Busy, busy, busy...one week left til Matt closes for good...all the loyal, locals ate up all the steak for sandwiches. The place was wonderfully packed with no seat available. I hate to see them close after all these years. Great run, great local staple.

One of the best Steak sandwiches I have ever had. Wings are on point. Hamburgers, hotdogs or their fantastic huge fish sandwich. Great atmosphere. Coldest Beer in town.

Great pub food, tavern atmosphere where you can kick back with friends and enjoy the wings, play pool, watch the game and the Philly Cheese steak is mouthwatering. Great Brews and traditional coacktails.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and love it as much as I did on day one. Love the fried mushrooms with dill dip and especially the chicken philly cheese steak all the way.
