Publix Liquors at The Market at Southside

Convenient location. The whiskey i drink is less expensive at publix than other stores. Point is, prices are competitive. They don't have a huge selection, but have what I need.

Is cool

Small store, but we'll supplied. A bit of everything, from snacks to beers, from ice to wine and hard liquor as well.
Costumer service, terrible.
Management needs to step in and work on this.
Other wise, location is very convenient and liquor selection isn't too bad.

Nice staff, but terrible bourbon selection. Seems to be Corporate's fault unfortunately.

Just a mini store but

Whoever answers the phone there needs training on customer service. No need to be rude just for asking if something is in stock.

Denied me service because someone else with an expired ID tried to buy the liquor i wanted. Terrible customer service here.
Went here like a week after this, didn't even ID me. This is crazy, could of sold to a minor, but refused my business because of someone else with good taste in liquor with an expired ID.
Publix you need better training!
