Conway Ace Hardware

Michael at the Conway store knows his stuff. I had 2problems in 2 of my bathrooms. Michael walked right over and picked two things I needed to fix them. I was out of the store and home within 20 mins. Bathrooms fixed in 5 minutes,and I’m not experienced in anyway. I LOVE BEING TREATED RIGHT? THANKS MICHAEL!

Recently I needed to re landscape a new home in the Conway area. I knew right where to go, ACE. My experience was one of sheer excellent service. Service that is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Nicholas( I hope I am spelling it correctly) is one of the guys to go to. I appreciated not only his help, I welcomed his patience. I ordered a pallet of mulch. He willingly helped me and a couple of co workers load it into two vehicles. Nicholas actively participated and made the work so much easier. Thanks to Nicholas I will be shopping at ACE other than .....

ACE is the place with the helpful hardware folks - holds true for this store. Everyone here was very helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. Plenty of parking in this shopping center and easy access to the store.

Miguel was accommodating and professional when placing two 20lb mulch bags in the back seat of my car! He made sure to put plastic down first and secured both bags…. Smiled throughout and thanked me for shopping at ACE! Wonderful customer service! Kudos, Miguel!!!!!!

I purchased 2 new propane tanks 7/16/23, but before I could pick them up, a storm moved in with lightning. Greg was very nice about explaining that for safety reasons he couldn't fill my tanks at this time. I came back the next day and picked everything up no problem. Small price to pay for safety!! Thanks again

I love this store. There's always someone available to help, make suggestions and find exactly what I need for various projects. I never leave the store disappointed.

Richard was determined to find the spark plug I needed, he requested I see Johnny in the back since there were none on shelf ( they keep extra parts in back for customer service)
He stood in the doorway and stated "NO you'll have to special order that, we don't carry that type. I explained Yes U DO you are just outa stock. He shrugged his shoulders & turn& walked Back into the office.
I saw Richard & stated what happened, so he went to his computer & crossed referenced it & BAMMM HE FOUND IT!!🫠🫠

Both times I visited this location. Employees found better screws for my electric bike than what came with the conversion kits. Today, Greg found the perfect replacement for eight screws. No hurting myself trying to apply a lot of force to tighten stuff now and nothing wobbles either. I bought a decent screw driver for those screws as well.

Would definitely recommend this location.

Will at this store helped me tremendously! I went to refill an old tank however the tank was not in good shape. This was right before a hurricane approaching. He happened to have a spare and said he would make an exception and fill this one for me instead. What AMAZING service!! 🤩🤩

Absolutely LOVE this store! I could spend hours just looking around. The staff is always super duper friendly and there is always several people walking around asking if you need help finding anything, in which is refreshing. The only down side is when you go to check out. There's never enough cashier's and you tend to wait in line more than what I would consider to be an acceptable amount of time.

Their customer service blows Home Depot and lowes out of the water.

I just had my AC go out and not only was Ace the only place that had the replacement capacitor I needed in stock, but they were also the only place that had a staff that actually cared enough to help me answer my questions.

Melanie not only took the time to listen to my issues, but went above and beyond to research a video on YouTube to determine if was taking the right steps to test my current capacitor and determine if I even needed a new part in the first place.

Ace Hardware has earned my business from now on and I think employees like Melanie deserve recognition which prompted me to make this review.

They are the best. Helped me find everything I needed, and assisted me with the large crates I purchased to my car. Always very helpful.

Mr. Mike is the best! He is patient and willing to help. I was able to complete the repairs for my fridge's water hose thanks to his guidance and knowledge. I needed to replace the compression sleeve and insert to repair the leak. He helped me find exactly what I needed and even showed me how to install it onto the water valve. thank you!!

I don’t know how this Ace always has everything we need but they do. Will helped us with a generator issue and he knocked it out of the park with his customer service. Ask for Will to help you. He’s great!

Wanted to thank the staff at this ace! They are working long hours and they are still in a good mood and happy to help! Special shout out to Roberto(I think his name is, he seemed to have blue/gray eyes and really curly hair and thin and tall) he was incredible helpful in knowledgeable about where everything was it made it super easy to get my last minute hurricane supplies! But overall every one did a great a job by getting the line moving and the cash register people were quick about checking every one out quickly
