TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Downtown

This was a very modern updated hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the rooms with kitchenettes had most things a person would need. The security and landscaping was top notch as well. Breakfast was meh, they could use a potato dish, fruit cups and less rubbery eggs. My only complaint about the room itself was the open shower allows too much water to pool on the floor. Comfort height toilets with a bidet would be a plus as well. Overall a lovely hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

This hotel saved me and my friends. Our flight got cancelled and had trouble finding a place to accommodate us. Thankfully we were able to book and get a place at 11PM. The Hotel was super nice clean and spacious. I highly recommend. Also Gabi was kind enough to allow us to do a late check in.

From the moment we walked in until we left was a fabulous experience! The warm decor, cleanliness, holiday decorations, and friendly accommodating staff went above and beyond. Specifically Desiree, Gabrielle and many others went out of their way to make my birthday so special!! My suite was decorated with a bouquet of balloons, birthday signs and I was surprised to find a birthday cake, champagne, a beautiful personalized card from the staff, and chocolates on every bed. Wow! Thank you for a very special experience. Can’t wait to stay again.

This hotel was very clean and upscale, breakfast included with your room. We also visited the hotels bar where they have good background music, Tori the bartender was very professional and knowledgeable and was very pleasant, we will be back in the future. Thank you Tori for you awesome satisfactory service!

Excellent hotel. Low key bar but no restaurant. Only one restaurant really close. Right across from the hospital. Excellent hearty breakfast. Full size refrigerator and decent kitchen

As a Titanium E member, I stay at Marriott properties all over and often. I’m not easily impressed but this property is fantastic. The entire front desk staff were incredible, especially Desiree, Gabi and Giancarlo, were incredibly professional, helpful and kind. The lobby and rooms were well appointed and clean. Excellent overall experience.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. The room was exceptionally clean, and while the decor was a little dated it is well maintained. No issues with any electrical or USB outlets, the AC blasted out plenty of cold air, and the beds were comfortable. The floor seems solid and quiet so hopefully my kids did not disturb the downstairs room. The walls are definitely thick enough to fill out noises from the hallway.

Service was top notch. Rooms were very nice and clean. They have the kindest staff. Can’t thank Desiree enough for her outstanding service and making our trip special. Desiree and her staff went above and beyond for our large group. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was SO good. Would stay here again and would recommend everyone to stay here. You truly feel at home

Great downtown location. Very nice rooms. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Nice rooms are great, but a fantastic staff makes any hotel. This hotel has that great staff. The front desk, breakfast bar and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean and the included breakfast bar is more than satisfactory.

Every time I come into town for business this is the only place I come, very establishment & great customer service. I've never had a bad experience here at all and would highly recommend this to anyone. Great work!!!

Absolute 5 STAR!! CONSISTENTLY OVER THE YEARS CLEAN CLEAN ROOMS, great room layout, fridge microwave, kitchen always stacked with utensils. Good location never over crowed. Pool is quite always delightful. Laundry facility! Warm yummy healthy breakfast, good coffee. No atm. 5 STAR!!!!

Fantastic location for anyone visiting the new Jewitt Orthepedic Institute. The rooms are equipped with a full (very small) kitchen including all you need to cook for yourself during your stay. If the room kitchen doesn't have equipment you need, (like a blender) they have a lending library where you can borrow it. There is a nice pool with barbecues for your use. The fitness room has plenty of treadmills and elliptical trainers, weights and kettleballs. There is also filtered water so you don't have to buy bottled water. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a breakfast included with your room every morning. It consists of eggs, a protein, bagels, cereal, etc. It's not great... better than some, not as good as what you get in a European hotel if this caliber. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel for your ease. Again, very friendly staff, the food is soso... Enjoy! I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect room! Bathroom was very clean and everything worked great, water pressure in the shower could use some work, but not significant that I would deduct points. Bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave! I didn’t use the rooms amenities like kitchen area, but it was nice to have the option for my two night stay! Staff members also so friendly!

The hotel is in a unique place downtown close to the hospital. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The lobby is nicely decorated and spacious. They even have a small snack and drink area if you get the munchies. They do have a cafe on site but I did not get a chance to try it. Gated parking for extra vehicle security. Room was clean, neat and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The service I received while staying at this property was amazing. The location was perfect for everything I had to do while staying in Orlando.

This was a 9.5/10 hotel🔥🔥🔥 totally recommend and even tho parking is a small 4.95 fee. You are near a lot of food, shopping and attractions

This hotel has excellent amenities as of laundry, pool, gym and good breakfast service. The room was beautifull comfortable and with a great view to the lake and the city.
The front desk team is awesome, very friendly and diligent. My best regards to Ramon and his staff who were very attentive and kind.
Excellent suite. Very well equipped with several TV's, great kitchen; clean and comfortable beds.
