Hotel Bel-Air Orlando near Florida Mall

This was Sunday the 14th. I was looking for an establishment to rest my head. Bernetta, was the front service clerk who went above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service. Beyond this review. It's exceptional people like her that made time wonderful.

The place is nice bed is comfy bathroom is clean, the management is very nice, the stuff are very friendly and the price is fair.

The reviews here are insane to me. The hotel was super cheap and close to everything, the staff were all helpful, and our room was clean and smelled great upon arrival. Never saw any bugs but wouldn't have been shocked or offended if I had, it's Florida and its hot and humid. OBT is not a fancy location and there might be some ruckus outside but if you're surprised that your cheap hotel is like that you need a reality check. This hotel did us great on short notice and I'd stay again.

My wife and I truly loved this hotel. If you can, make sure to stay in one of the top-floor rooms. (We stayed in room 3.) The view of the central and the private patio were just perfect. The room was clearly updated or recently-built. The bed was an actual king-sized bed, not two twins pushed together. The bathroom was a little small, but very nicely done

Absolutely my best hotel experience. Staff were extremely nice “ Jason” everything was a priority. They are always happy to help you. The room was amazing and well put together as well. Shout out to the front desk for really helping out. Jason did a wonderful job. I recommend it if you're coming down to Florida! 10/10

This was by far our favorite of 4 hotels during a recent California family trip. The hotel is a quick and safe walk to Orlando South Orange Blossom Trail and the Avenue of Stars. The parking is safe and secure. The rooms are not fancy, but are spacious, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The place was great. It is a happy place; every member of the staff greeted us as if we were visiting friends.

We came in late and all the quieter rooms were taken, and when traveling with a baby that’s no good. Staff was amazing and understood our worries. He helped us move and was very helpful with anything we needed. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Great hotel

I've stayed at plenty of hotels but Bel-Air, is the cream of the crop. Why? Cause they treat you like family instead of guests. The front office receptionist Hilda, makes sure everyone has everything they need and for a busy man like myself I couldn't have found a better place. The staff here is so caring and if I was able to give more than five stars I would have. So if your looking for a comfortable, caring, and quiet place Bel-Air, is the place for you.

This hotel was immaculate!! Staff was constantly wiping counters, mopping floors, and loved that the rooms did not have carpet!!! I'm sorry, but you just can't keep carpet clean - vinyl floors are the way to go, the whole room smelled fresh and clean.

Went for double terrace with terrace - well worth the extra money. Relaxing on the terrace looking out over the rooftops of Orlando and the Central was a real treat. Staff very helpful and friendly. No tea or coffee in rooms a minor negative. But otherwise the cleanliness and provisions are superb, and beds very comfortable.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the woman's name at the front desk but she was amazing! I missed my flight and had to spend the night there. Not only did she squeeze me in, but she went out of her way to check on me. Then Michael helped me with the soda machine and made sure I had not one but two sodas. All around it was nice!!🥰

I booked 3 rooms for a family vacation with 6 adults and 1 5 year old. Isabella Brown (Guest Relations Manager) was very generous with her time and recommendations. She kindly put balloons and chocolates in each of the rooms with handwritten welcome notes. It was the perfect touch. Our family enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars on the property

Loved the amazing welcome and check in experience provided by Nicole. Helped first time travelers to Orlando navigate through. The location of the hotel is perfect for public transport and exploring Orlando South Orange Blossom Trail Came in with family for a vacation, loved the Orlando South Orange Blossom Trail Hotel. Rooms are very clean and amenities are plenty for all guest. At the front desk Staff is very caring and attentive to all guests. Love the breakfast and place area. Will return to hotel.

My family of four stayed here for a long weekend. We upgraded to a suite that had a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the other room. I am so glad we did! The suite gave us enough breathing room and had a fantastic view! With two tall teens we’d have been tripping all over each other if we’d stayed in the double room.

We loved staying here. The rate was very cheap and I thought it was great value. The hotel has character but rooms are very nice. Staff helped us out heaps and couldn't do enough for us. Place was great and so was free breakfast. Definitely recommend

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and loved every minute... Well except when we were chasing the big bugs from our bathroom. But with 31*C outside, they had to hide somewhere cool! We had a beautiful ground floor room with a window on opposite walls both overlooking wonderfully green patio areas... Hence the bugs

My husband and I attended a concert at the Dolby Theater and stayed at the Lowes for 1 night. We were super impressed just walking in the hotel and things only got better. Brenda greeted us at check-in and could not have been more friendly or helpful. We got "an upgrade" to a junior suite and LOVED the room and the view.

The only thing we regret is not being able to stay longer. We just got home from 12 days in Orlando and LOVED our time in Orange Blossom Trail and Hotel Orlando South. The hotel is located in the heart of the old Jewish neighborhood, with fine dining, shows, the Central and City right there. Our room was quite large and secluded. An outdoor hotter capped it off. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

The Orlando South Orange Blossom Trail Hotel in Roadway Inn is another gem in the collection. Great service upon arrival. Exceptional advance planning support from Concierge Chris M. Great bar in lobby. Beautiful place. Extraordinary views from the rooms. Rooms are fresh and clean. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Great restaurant options within a few blocks.

We went to check in and the front desk woman named Hilda was very helpful and pleasant. I asked for directions and she was more than willing to assist! She made us feel very welcome! We would be happy to return due to being treated so professionally! Great job!
