Key Suites Hotel and Extended Stay

This is a wonderful hotel for both short and long term stays! It is very close to Disney World, Orlando International Airport, restaurants, and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Orlando!

I have been here a month so far and it has been wonderful. I moved here from up North and checked in a day after check-in and there was no late check-in fee. Raquel who works at the front desk has been amazing in helping us transition. The room looks exactly as advertised. It is quiet and people generally mind their business around here. It's very family oriented and my kids love to go to the front desk for candy. I really don't have anything bad to say.

It's five stars you pay to hear dogs barking

I actually really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for 8 days and the accommodation was above par. I felt like I was at home. The suites are like real apartments and the premises are well kept. Orange blossom trail is not always the best part of town but we had no issues with the other occupants. A nice community for long or short stay. Raquel and Genet were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations! I was impressed with their customer service and they made me feel very satisfied with my service! Kudos for all you two ladies did to help me and my family while we transitioned to our new home. I appreciated the work ethic of these wonderful women! TY for all you did since Raquel went way beyond any expectation period! I hope you ladies are recognized for the care you put into the work you do! You make a difference!

Updated from my last review... the place is even better now that it's an apartment complex and not a hotel anymore. It's even cleaner and the staff is still great. I only have 2 issues... 1 is the light in the living room area is not bright enough to illuminate the whole room so I need to by a lamp for my bed area and 2 I can't cook bacon or pretty much anything with out the fire detector going off because it's too close to my kitchen and there isn't any proper ventilation to let he smoke out and leaving windows open don't help either and leaving my door open exposes my room and my belongings. Other than that I'm good here

I usually don't write reviews but this hotel went above and beyond the standard protocol. When I first checked in the front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. They answered every question that I had and assured me that I was in good hands. I then proceeded into my room (1bedroom), I was amazed on how clean and organized it was. I had a full kitchen, tv, a working area with a desk and a clean bathroom. It was very spacious and comfy. I only stayed for a couple days due to a business trip but I will definitely recommend it to all my co workers and friends who come to Orlando!

They were very friendly worked with me especially when I had to work doubles clean safe environment my kids could actually go outside to play it was cool. Staff is awesome. I got sick out of town they were very nice to my daughters gave them space didn’t harass them i was in a coma so they were out of sorts. staff was understanding and pleasant.

This place is wonderful! The staff, including managers, are all extremely polite and helpful and super caring. The rooms are good size and housekeeping is great. They love pets and provide doggy bags. The pool is always clean. Convenient location. The staff at Key Suites always make us feel right at home ❤.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions when I travel to Orlando to visit family and there a reason I continue to do so. The staff is very respectful and polite, especially the manager Lourdes. As soon as I walk in the building, I am always greeted with great attitude. It's nice to stay at a place where you feel like the staff cares, hospitality is exceptional, and the property is actually clean and attractive.

Rooms are clean and spacious. All the staff are exceptional! They are all respectful And understanding. The housekeepers always providing me with their good service. And I love that the wifi, cable, water, trash, and light is included. You can definitely make this your home.

Ginith the front desk agent was nothing short of amazing. She was very professional and made us feel right at home. She went out of her way to ensure that we had everything that we needed. The rooms were absolutely pristine and spacious. It was also very quiet for the most part.
But, again, the icing on the cake was Ginith. Thank you for your kindness,
thoughtfulness and professionalism. Even the maintenance and housekeeping staff were attentive to every detail. We highly recommend this place.

Wow! First I have not stayed yet, however I just called to discuss prices and possible move in with Ginette at the front desk. She is beyond sweet! Her customer service is amazing and she is very honest and informative. I look forward to staying at this property!

This place is a hidden jewel. If i were them I would continue the standards they have. This place is a very very clean respectable quiet nice place to transition. My apartment was sold and we had to move ASAP and this was a nice place. Please don't let people come and tear it up. Ginnny and Raquel rocks!!!!! The whole staff seem to be nice and professional. Even down tobthe maintenance staff They are down to earth people. Make you feel like you're at home. Thank you crew.

I waited out before I made this review. It’s been an amazing stay, everything is clean. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond . If you looking for a family friendly , clean extended stay this place is the one for you

I have been here about 6 months, the stay is pretty nice and rooms are nice as well. How ever it wasn't until recently that I have felt comfortable allowing housekeeping in my room. I love Miss Alina when I say she comes in and cleans up so good she actually does her job, I never understood how u can have a manager of housekeeping that doesn't speak English who can't accommodate anyone.....I love Alaina and she is doing an amazing workee ♥

The staff at this hotel is great, they are professional, friendly, and always looking to go the extra mile to make your stay great. Nice rooms very clean, and affordable price. I love the complementary coffee they offer us in the morning. I Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Excellent customer service, looks a little sketch from outside, but don’t let it fool you. Very clean and tidy inside. Exceptional room service. Nothing but positive vibes all around. Management is very attentive to guests, and super polite.

I have stayed here for 1.5 years and it has been a very good experience. The staff takes care of the facility it is clean for the age, and updated fairly well.The tv's are flat screen with a nice cable package, the wifi is ok but needs updated(that would be my only complaint), the kitchenettes are nicely planned with a full sized Fridge and stove with oven, and a full sized sink.The cleaning staff has done a great job with cleaning up after people (even people that have no pride in their space).I have only needed the maintenance staff twice once for an a/c issue and one for a hot water tank issue both issues were taken care of properly and not covered with a band aid to get by kinda of thing. only other thing I could deem as a negative is they should have the hallway carpets cleaned more often. GREAT PLACE TO BE AT!! The front desk staff is great and anttitve!! A BIG THANKS!!

I have been staying at this place for over a year, staff has always been helpful and any issue (if any) has been promptly resolved. I am very pleased with all the service and courtesy of everyone. Thank you all for making my stay as enjoyable as it has been.

I haven't been here yet but my wife and I will be in the area next week. I'm researching places to stay in the area and after reading the reviews here and other places it seems like a no brainer. Why would anyone stay anywhere else? We travel a lot and I have never seen this type of overwhelming positivity outweigh the competition. I am super pumped to call tomorrow and hopefully book a room! Hoping to believe the hype... ;)
