Preacher Bar

We had one night in town before our cruise and stopped by Preachers Bar for some appetizers and adult beverages. What a terrific place! The Hell Fire shrimp and pulled pork nachos were terrific. Service was outstanding! Kaeli our server was so warm and friendly. Fun atmosphere - the place was packed with everybody having a good time. Great start to our vacation.

Prices were reasonable, our tab was high due to an abundance of adult beverages.

Absolutely amazing place if you are in the Canaveral area!! The service is top notch, someone greeted us from outside and then walked us to our seats- 2/3 servers interacted with us and gave us first time suggestions! The food was amazing!!

We have been wanted to stop here for lunch for a few years when we would drive by to and from the beach. Today we had some time and needed some lunch. The decor when you walk in is interesting and cool. Our server Kaley (so sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing;; friendly, very attentive, and just really nice. I’m pretty sure she was the server for all of the tables so she was very busy. The drinks were cold and the food was so good . If you like shrimp get the fire shrimp it’s really good. This place will be our new tradition after a day at the beach on our way home.

I was very surprised at how awesome this place is. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is such a vibe. I will be back. I can't wait to bring more people here. Great beer selections and community tables so you make friends!

We stopped Friday before our cruise and everything was amazing! My raspberry mojito was the BEST ive ever had and our food was all amazing! The shrimp, fish sandwich, Brie appetizer, pot pie, etc. everyone was very impressed and so excited to have a new place to eat before our sailings! 😍😍😍

This place wasn’t what I expected, and I mean that in a good way. I didn’t expect it to be anything special but everything we had (Baked Brie Cheese Kahlua & Candidied Pecans, minestrone, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, & hell fire shrimp) was amazing! One of those places I’m going go to think of one day and want to randomly drive 3 hours to visit. My husband even went back and brought me back a take out pepperoni pizza a few hours later. I’m 5’6” 125lbs. I literally could not stop eating their food.

An excellent bar with great service. Very good whiskey selection, leans a bit heavy toward Glenfiddich and Macallan, but if you skip past those there are many great options for the whiskey lover. They also have twelve taps with at least one uncommon brew. Highly recommended and on my list to revisit next time I'm in Canaveral. Marshall was very congenial and put up with my incessant questions and comments about the whiskey. He was the hero of my night here.

A great experience. We visited here for the first time on 1/13/2024. The food is good. The drinks are great and the service was great.

The service is fantastic! Food was dynamite and the way they pay attention to detail is definitely worth the stop. We tried the nachos and they were amazing. I highly recommend them as well as the fish and chips and the grilled shrimp tacos. Place was a really neat experience also. If you are staying in Cape Can and need a place to try out to eat, I recommend staying here.

Relaxed and chill atmosphere great service. The food stole the show! Minestrone soup was the best I have ever had! The roasted beet goat cheese salad phenomenal and my husband ordered the garlic parm wings. They came out with fresh shaved Parmesan cheese! The sauce was incredible! Highly recommend!

We were very pleased to find this place. The decor is great & not cookie cutter. We were a group of 13. Everyone loved their food. The only so so item was the pepperoni pizza. Our server was awesome too!

Was starving for a restaurant-styled burger and popped in to The Preacher Bar. Burger was outstanding! Delicious and cooked exactly the way I ordered it - rare.

Cool friendly staff and very relaxing interior. Lots of locals except for me. Give it a try!

Wow this place is awesome! It has a old town feel to it. The staff was pleasant and prompt. Then the food. Yummy! Well rounded menu. The sweet tea never went empty. We highly recommend the Preacher Bar.

Awesome, eclectic eatery and bar @ the Cape! Awesome menu, definitely something for everyone! Full bar and lots of beers on tap. Plus it is stumbling distance from my house, so there's that.

small restaurant with community tables seating(might have to sit with strangers if there busy) we came to Florida to watch the Artemis1 launch and the couple we sat with works for nasa. talk about a wonderful conversation. I am now a supporter of this type of dinning. The food was fantastic we had braised beef Goulash and fish and chips. as I said before tight seating, large bar, cool decor. server was great but I forgot her name. overall good experience. sorry for the pics. we started eating and the pictures were an afterthought. please follow. I never know where I'm going. thank you

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Food is incredible, drink selection top notch, friendly staff... Amy rocks, awesome atmosphere.... UPDATE.... still love this place. Atmosphere hasn't changed. Come here every time I'm in town and tell all my friends to do the same.

I really enjoyed my visit to this quirky local pub, today. They warn you that due to staffing shortages service may be a little slow but that was not my experience. The bartender doubled as the waitress today but she was right on top of everything. She also made me a killer Moscow mule. The highlight of my lunch was the Preacher burger, however. I opted for no bbq sauce and I ended up removing the caramelized onions. Not because they were bad, but because I really wanted to experience the perfectly seasoned and cooked medium rare beef patty. I have a new favorite burger place and I will definitely go back to sample more of their intriguing menu.

We are From Upstate NY and visiting Cocoa Beach for a day and a half. I watched a youtube review of things to do in CCB and this was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. Friendly service. Nice vibe, not too much, just right. Good drinks - I got the February special of the Cupids promise - a raspberry vodka chocolate tini. He got a whiskey sour. Both perfect, not too light not too heavy. Calamari was served with a marinara and Chipotle mayo.. hit the spot. They have meal options but we just stopped in for drinks and a bite.

Preacher Bar is located at 8699 Astronaut Blvd. (A1A), about a mile south of Port Canaveral, directly south of the Radisson Resort at the Port (walking distance …50 steps).

Upon entering, you immediately notice the soft music in the background. The volume is at the perfect level so that you can still engage in conversation without yelling over the music.

The decor is a mix of stained glass lanterns and Mexican-inspired art. I stumbled across this bar during my stay at the Radisson, as it was literally few steps away.

Marlene took care of me while I sat at the bar. She was extremely friendly and attentive. I asked her about the fish and chips and she said it was her favorite item on the menu and I see why. Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had. The reviews on Yelp mentioned the tartar sauce was A1. Unfortunately, I don't eat tartar sauce, but I don't doubt those statements, as the food was top notch.

This establishment deserves 5 stars for food, vibe and service!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
