Super clean hotel, you can tell it was just renovated, also it's very close to everything downtown and close to Disney, universal

Wonderful place! First they are extremely pet friendly. The staff is great! Great breakfast set up delicious. Just so safe and accommodating. The reservation line representative was so patient and went beyond helpful. We were trying to evacuate for Idalia hurricane and she was on the line with four well over 30 minutes trying to find the right place for us and our fur babies. And she did!!! She and the rest of the staff made a very scary, stressful situation not so bad. Highly recommend!!! I wish I had taken pictures. Rooms are very clean and nice.

The rooms are extremely clean, updated and spacious. All staff were friendly and smiling. We Love that it was across from Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic surgery center. We spent the night and walked over for surgery in the morning.

I would love to shout out Anna at breakfast she is the sweetest person there. I think she makes me the exspirence 10x better. The hotel wouldn't be anything without her there. She's amazing!!!

Staff was very friendly and truly wanted you to have a great experience! Everything was clean, efficient and overall was a great stay experience for a great value!

This place is located right next to a hospital near downtown Orlando. In the heart of Orlando. There’s lots of places within walking distance.

Checking in was easy and smooth. Parking is $15 per day which isn’t bad. The room I had included 2 queen beds that were average in being comfortable. I would rather stay at a Hampton inn than a Hilton Garden inn. The only difference is that the Garden Inn does have better options for breakfast but it’s also an additional charge.

My interactions with the front desk was great. I spoke with Aaron a few times and he was very professional and helpful. My interaction with all of the staff was amazing. Great group of ppl that work here from my experience. I would definitely stay here again.

They went above and beyond for the reservation, ran out of bodywash but they replied to my text messages and called me about our door dash order even though it was very late, the breakfast was super awesome and the fresh homemade apple cinnamon waffles were delicious! I will be booking here next time for the cocktails and screams themed bar overnight stay.

A friend and I stayed here while seeing a concert in Orlando. It was a great proximity to the concert downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were very comfortable and soft. All of the staff were courteous and incredibly helpful. The only slight problem we had (no fault of the hotel) was a group of rowdy children in the room next to us. As soon as we called down to the front desk, they dealt with the issue with in minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was, considering the moderate price!

There's a lot that can be said about the hotel. It always exceeds expectation. They have some of the best staff and management team ever. The rooms stay very clean and smell nice every time I've stayed. Food is great every morning! You're only 1 to 2 miles from anything you would love to do. Has a pool in the back for the swimmers and a great gym area.

We usually drive to APH and back in the same day, but due to an early appointment, we decided to stay at the Hampton. From check in, it was such a pleasant experience! Raquel was so sweet and helpful. She told us it would be a $15 fee to park on property, which I was aware of. The parking lot is gated with a room key needed to enter. The room itself was clean and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. The lighting could have been a bit better, especially in the bathroom (which also seemed more outdated than the rest of the room/hotel), but we were perfectly happy with a coffee machine and fridge! I did miss a room microwave though when eating left overs. The halls were quiet and clean, and I liked that you had to swipe your room key in the elevator in order to reach the floor. We had to check out early so we didn't have time for breakfast, but it smelled delicious. Pedro checked us out quickly and was just as polite as Raquel. The only other downside was only seeing 2 luggage racks upon check in (I was lucky enough to snag one), but none were to be found when leaving, so I had to make multiple trips up and down from the 5th floor. If we ever have another appointment before sunrise, we will definitely stay here again with no hesitation!! Location to all 3 hospitals cannot be beat, and all are within walking distance.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The service of the staff was impeccable. They ladies at the front desk are the most compassionate, and understanding team.
The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were standard, and very clean. The building is very secure. Hilton has won my business for life with this one stay. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff that works here.

We were looking for a one night stay in a nice hotel, and this one did not disappoint. Clean, secure, and very friendly. Upon checking out, we accidentally left some clothes behind and the hotel will work with us to make arrangements to send them to us. Excellent staff, great breakfast, comfortable stay - we will be back!

Have stayed here a few times now and it’s always the same. Friendly, efficient front desk. Nice breakfast to start your day. Contemporary, fresh decor throughout. Gated, easy parking with multiple secure entrances to the building. Keep up the great work!

We were here for the Olympic trials. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to downtown.

Check in was seamless. Parking was plentiful and easy. The room was clean. Access is controlled throughout. Staff was friendly, especially the nice lady at breakfast in the morning. She deserves a raise. All in all was very good.

The rooms are so comfortable and attractive. I especially was impressed with the excellent communication I received from the front desk. They followed up throughout my visit by text and responded to any questions I had on the follow up text so it made me know that it wasn't a Bot but a real person. I felt seen, heard and important. I was interested in a staycation, so I decided to use my benefits, as an employee of Orlando Health, to stay here. I had a reduced rate already, but upon checking in, I found out that my rates were reduced even further because I was a nurse. I want to thank Aaron for accommodating me during my stay and going above and beyond. He really took his time to work that in for me and I really appreciate it. As far as my stay goes, the room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I’d definitely stay here again if I plan on having a night out downtown. Thanks!

We booked at Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Downtown/ Medical Center and we had stayed there once before but this time was absolutely fantastic! The room we were in was very nice- King bed with suite- with a sink and fridge. There was a couch and chairs for a sitting area with a large desk that served as nice place to sit down and organize your trip. Plenty of drawers. Iron board, Iron, closet to hang suits and jackets. The bathroom sink is separate from the shower/toilet which is a nice feature- when someone is showering you can still use the bathroom sink and not be enclosed in one small room. The one word that comes to me when I am there is "comfortable" it may not be newest, or have marble countertops or top of the line furnishings but it just comfortable and functional. Improvements in some furnished could be made but they were still functional as I said. The other really big item was the staff-all of which were top notch, friendly, and accommodating. The location is downtown right beside a medical center on Columbia Street, Just of South Orange ave. So the Medical Center is fairly new, and takes up a lot of space, on one side we see the Medical center and the other there are business that are struggling to stay in business, and some empty lots but we always felt safe walking around and within 600 feet you are into residential housing.

Best Orlando hotel experience ever!
