Never had a bad experience, they have really nice pieces... I just think they deserve more credit

The customer services definitely needs some work and the only reason I keep coming back to the store is because of their clothes. I have never had a good in-store experience. The employees seem more into their phones than the actual customers and when I asked for help finding something they act like they don't really care. I would like to see this improved as it really brings down the store and the shopping experience.

I've been to the Henri Girl in Tally and it was awesome. The one at UCF has a really rude woman working there. The tall blonde girl acts like she owns the store and is just really rude every time I go in there. Makes me feel like they don't need my business. Cute clothes, too bad the customer service isn't good.

The clothes are super cute and that’s the only reason I keep coming back. The girls working there are extremely unfriendly and make me feel as if I am not wanted there. They are very passive and more interested in their phones; I had a girl more interested talking to a guy that came in to visit her than helping me check out and I had to wait for their conversation to be over.

Employees were very passive and rude when I came into the store with my girlfriend. Talking to us with their heads down and really got the feeling we were not wanted in the store left after about 3 minutes in the store. Would NEVER return to this store.
