Salesperson Bonnie is a stellar representative of this location. My wife and I made at least 6 trips into the store attempting to decide on new living room furniture. Bonnie was our point of contact for each visit. She ALWAYS greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. She was so helpful, we located the furniture we wanted in a different Ashley store, but made the trip back to the Newnan store so she would rightfully receive the credit for our purchases. Than you Bonnie !

We (my husband and I) had a great experience with ordering a living room set from here, and I really appreciated it being an easy process! We dealt with Seth at the store and he made sure he got everything correct for us! We appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to help us get exactly what we wanted. The delivery part was even just as easy and amazing. These guys were in and out and set up everything perfectly for us! We will most definitely be back due to this awesome experience and we look forward to being able to do it all again for more pieces in the future!

Bonnie was amazing and super helpful! She gave us many options for our kitchen table and knew what we were looking for to help us find the best one. She even made it a personable experience so it was not a miserable time shopping for furniture.

Taryn is such an amazing sales lady! She was so patient and kind. She was very knowledgeable and did not pressure anything. She made the experience nice and even accompanied our large party. We would be happy to return and use her again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ed was our salesman. He introduced himself in a timely manner. Let us know that he was kinda new. But, we couldn't tell! He was extremely honest, knowledgeable, and kind. If he didn't know the answer, he was fast at finding the right one for us! We purchased an entire bedroom set and mattress. If your looking for a good salesman, go see Ed! Aminda, the sales manager helped as well. Very nice and very helpful! Got us the discounts that best fit our budget.

Had a great experience with Brian Miller. Was very informative on the products we were interested in. No time did Brian come across as pushy or ever gave the impression he was in this to just make a sale. Answered all questions and concerns.

My mother and I met at this establishment after my father previously searched for what he wanted. We didn’t quite understand what he meant at first when he said go in and “meet Derrick.”

We found out very quickly.

After walking into the beautiful, neat, and welcoming store we are used to, we were greeted by Derrick warmly at the front after he was called to us.

There was nothing unreal about our interaction. Derrick was patient as he put together all of our needs, understandings, and observances.

Also, what was really big, was there was no rush. I can speak that I was allowed to ask questions and examine the products freely, making sure that things were a proper fit. For me, this made me feel more comfortable with my family making such a large purchase and feels like the reason why you would have a show room in the first place (not just to show case the pretty exterior).

Each step did use time, but at no point was Derrick inattentive. He seamlessly glided back and forth between customers and even gave us space to make observances alone.

We eventually went with our first pick as well as adding another piece, and because of the patience of Derrick and all of the reassurance the store brought to us as well, we made the decision as a united family.

I had an exceptional experience with Tracy Robinson from Ashley Furniture. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces for my home. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire shopping process enjoyable. I was referred to Ashley furniture by a friend and have had a very great experience with purchasing items in your store. I was initially greeted by Taryn who has helped me every single time I have visited. The second time in the store she greeted me by name which was very impressive that she remembered me. She has been such a pleasant to work with and has been the most polite and patient customer service person I have ever dealt with. Based on how Taryn treated me, I have decided to buy the rest of my furniture for my new home from Ashley. She is definitely an asset to the company and should be praised for her efforts to customer service.

Greeted upon entry with a friendly smile and Bonnie was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She answered questions I had not thought of and it made my decision easier. I have made purchases in this store before and her service was great.

It took us 6+ months to commit to a new mattress and after lots of research and multiple visits to the store, we made our choice with Ashley furniture- specifically because Garett was the first person we met during this journey and he was there when we were ready. Not only did we find the mattress we needed, but we upgraded our entire bedroom set with a new collection from Ashley Furniture. Highly recommend this location for customer service and patience!

My experience at Ashley Furniture was great!! I never felt pressured or hovered over. Diane, my sales person was friendly and knowledgeable on all products. And today. Blue was professional and friendly and handled the final steps efficiently….explaining all steps of payment and all delivery information.
