Knows how to be good help

I had applied a fee times after COVID due to necessity after losing our jobs. Getting back in track is being hard, but every time I applied the experience was great. The online system is super efficient and the case workers are great.... mostly of them. I would have gave them 5 stars, but the last case worker that it took our case. She just throw away our case without taking the time to review the documents submitted. She denied our case saying that our bill was not past due. Which is since July. She did not answer the emails until now. She just got back after being out of the office for a long time. Now she just told me I don't have your case no more apply again. After a month or more of waiting for this Assistance. By the way I had to push back our bills due date and get an installment plan to win some time. The case worker I am complaining about is Iris Delgado.

It's hard to deal with this office. I feel they discriminate not only in hiring, but requests for help. Look at the reviews.
We live in a county where people work 24/7/365 days but these people won't talk to you after 12:00 PM and don't care if your lights are turned off.
