For working out its great. Employees leave u alone to do ur own thing instead of staring and watching.
I did notice the past 2 times I've been there in the afternoon there has been "Lunkers" (AKA the guys that scream or grunt loud and smash the weights down after a set and Making EVERYONE feel nervous and wanna go home) and the employees didn't do ANYTHING about it! No alarms went off, nobody speaking to said individuals, nothing.
Co sidering this is the beginning of the year when a LOT of us (me included) are just now starting to workout in a long time, it would be nice if someone did something about that as to not scare-off ur core demographics.

One of the best PF gyms I have been too. Staff are cordial and attentive to keeping the place clean. Patrons are overall pleasant. Ample parking next to Guitar Center and Walgreens.
The only thing I would ask is for staff to periodically check the restroom stalls (toiletry supply) and shower stalls (hot water running with no occupants which I have noticed and turned off personally). Please be proactive in not allowing water to be wasted as it is a limited resource here in the desert environment.

The staff is smart,friendly and always willing to assist! The first visit I made for a workout,a trainer offered to create a workout to facilitate my goals. Planet Fitness offers so much value,why not accept the opportunity to improve your health,performance and satisfaction.

Love it! Clean Gym with cleaning stations so you can clean the equipment you use right after you're done with it. Courteous and helpful staff, all the equipment & free weights, 2 types of hydro massage bed/chair, regular massage chairs, tanning and clean locker room/showers. Masks are not required for members but social distancing is recommended.

I attend early mornings and I love that it always smells fresh, restrooms are cleaned, showers are cleaned, equipment is cleaned. All free weights are put up. It’s much better in the morning hours.

I have been going to this PF while in Tucson for the month and have had a great experience! The staff is super friendly and the equipment is clean. Usually it isn't too crowded when I come between 2-5PM.

I love the very pleasant, professional, responsible service I always receive at this gym. Having been going to gyms for decades I want to single Roxanne and Hanna for being the greatest demonstration of customer service I have encountered in all my years.
I looked at the reviews and had to laugh because they are all great except one disgruntled member who did not like to hand an I.D. over to be able to take a barbell pad. This of course has to be gym policy or they end up left on the floor or go out the door. A person who would write a review like that is like someone who received a successful heart transplant and thinks the doctor should send them a thank you note. If corporate reviews these writings they might want to keep in mind that supporting responsible conduct by someone like Hanna should be lauded. It is far more costly to a business to have turnover of such an employee than losing one ungrateful foolish member.

This is a great place to get some no pressure exercise. Very helpful staff if you have questions. Also hydro massage beds for after your workout.

This club is the by far the nicest of the PF clubs in Tucson. It is always clean, has a great selection of exercise equipment. The only thing they could change, the AC in the men’s locker is blasted bloody cold after a shower mate!

I absolutely love Planet Fitness and go there regularly the staff is helpful and most locations are very clean . MARKMANNM2

I've been coming here a few times a week, nearly every week since this past January. The worst experience I've had was the one day the massive ceiling fan above the treadmills was off. I like those fans. Staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean, and for what it's worth, I look a lot better with my shirt off these days.

Honestly, this is the nicest planet fitness I've been to.. staff was always great and friendly, greeting everyone when they came in.. a huge tin of grape Tootsie rolls for people.. the black card area is gorgeous! Like a fish bowl 😜 glass doors..totally sectioned off but still open. Visually, 💯.. in the evening there's a lot of young high school kids kinda clicky but not in a bad way, they just hang out in groups.. lol In the back they have a stretching area with hard rollers.. literally the best for deep muscle tissue massage 🙌.. A+ loved it.. oh ya! and... If you forget your phone for the mobile app they will give you a key tag!!! Life saver!

My "home" gym. Staff is always friendly, gym and locker rooms are always clean. The large showers here still have the hooks for my gear which is nice so my stuff doesn't sit on the wet floor.

I love going to Planet Fitness! Especially the Swanway location. The staff is so nice and helpful even when we call in with questions. I love the way all the equipment is laid out and it’s a perfect flow for if I’m doing arms, legs, abs etc. I just love everything about this gym! I never feel like it’s overcrowded and I always feel comfortable, no judging eyes lol

I was so intimated to start going to the gym but felt so comfortable when I started going here. Manny and Kenny are so friendly and helpful. These two workers at the gym are absolute rockstars! They are always so kind and motivating.

This place is busy for a reason! Friendly staff and management is serious about their job. I did a survey on this location, and received a personal call back, explaining that they had addressed the three issues I had noticed with the location and thanked me for the positive feedback I had given. Talk about professional.

While visiting family in Tucson this week I worked out every morning at this Planet Fitness. The gym was clean and all the employees were so helpful and friendly.

Hannah are the young gentleman working 10/18/2023 graveyard shift gave me the best gym experience. Thank you!

Typically, they maintain the facilities better than other PFs that I've visited.
