Motel 6 Tucson, AZ - Downtown

Very nice room. Amenities were lotion shampoo and conditioner plenty of soap bars. Coffee in the lobby. Vending machines.

I stayed for a week upstairs and out back. The room was perfect, and the service was spectacular! I have no negatives to share whatsoever and the front desk went out of their way to make me feel at home and accommodate me in every way. I'll be returning when I get back to Tucson! Thank you all!

Service is really good at room is very clean over all good (also they were bilingual English and Spanish)

over all this 2 star motel exceeded all my expectations. when a one night stay turned into 4 nights all of the staff was there to assist me and to make sure that my stay was pleasant and they went out of their way to make sure that it did. A very special thanks to Wendy Christle front desk manager for always making sure that Everything she could do to make my stay a more pleasant one she did. The staff also was very attentive and always asking if there was more they could do. I have not had this level of service from any five star resorts or four or three for that matter. I do recommend this specific location for everyone to stay at. Wendy continue the good work and continue to lead by example as you are doing now. Thank you Wendi and all the Motel 6 Downtown Tucson staff for a job well done.

My boyfriend and I have been staying here for 2-3 weeks due to unfortunate circumstances. Luckily we chose to stay here. Wendy the manager, and our usually morning host was AMAZING! She is who made the stay the best!

The rooms are always clean and we haven't had an issues. I recommend it highly! Leaving is bittersweet, but we plan on future hotel stays being there!

Love this motel 6. .The staff is great. All very friendly and welcoming. Wendy in the office is absolutely the best. She is friendly, all business, and do whatever the guest needs. The house keeping girls are the best. They work their butts off and do it with a smile. 👍

Wendy provides 4 star service for a 2 star hotel! Like other reviewers I was dealing with a problem and required immediate help. Wendy provided what I needed when it counted. She works well with staff. The room was clean and functional and met my needs. Housekeeping was attentive. Behind Wendy's smile is a truly caring person committed to providing the best service and experience for guests and staff.

Wendy is the BEST! I screwed up my reservation and she was so helpful and patient! She explained everything to me so I understood what happened and how to avoid it in the future, and she guided me through fixing my errors. I highly recommend this motel for an affordable place to stay with clean rooms and friendly staff!! I will DEFINITELY be staying here again. Thank you Wendy!!

I have to say I had one of the best experiences staying with motel 6. Wendy Christel the front desk manger was amazing she greeted us with her warm personality and made us feel so welcome there. Stayed at this hotel for a few days and asked to get my room cleaned twice. And said they were going to inform housekeeping and came back to my room on 4/25 it was not cleaned. I want to give Ben a shout out because I was very frustrated and upset but Ben came to my room to make the bed and fresh towels. Then my tv didn't work so he fixed that problem. If it was for this outstanding employee I would of checked out and go to another hotel.

3. Smell like cigarette
4. People are talking out side not enough sleep.

Awesome experience! Wendy is an amazing receptionist and makes the stay much more enjoyable. My fiancé and I have been coming for a few months on and off and have enjoyed Wendy very much the entire time! She is very accommodating and always has us leaving with a smile on our faces!

All I have is positive feedback/experience regarding to my stay here.
I got my refund back very quick.
Zaira was very accommodating when I checked in yesterday at about 5 p.m.
The Manager, Wendy, made sure I got my refund right away; and both Wendy and Juanita answered all the questions I had.
.....very, very good customer service. The room was very clean. It was very safe stay.
Will come back again.

The room did not have a refrigerator but it was not necessary for me. I stayed for 5 days and Wendy was an amazing help. The red headed girl at night and the other gal I delt with on Sunday were rude and not helpful at all but Wendy was awesome. If she ever quits or leaves I will no longer visit the motel! Great overall tho and clean pool!

Ben at the front desk was very kind and helpful, which made our check-in quick and easy! The lobby was very clean
and the rooms were as well. Definitely exceeded our expectations!
