The Blenman Inn

Such a wonderful stay! This place is like stepping back in time. The owners are SO sweet and accommodating, and have pretty much thought of every thing you could need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They have the most delicious tea and coffee bar with biscotti and cookies plus fresh fruit set out every day. Plus, a nice little continental breakfast. My favorite part was how they lit the fireplace every morning and every evening and you could socialize with the other guests if you wished. The beds are very comfortable! Thank you so much and we will definitely be staying here every time we are in Tucson! I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

The Blenman Inn was the perfect place to enjoy and explore Tucson. Its history is fascinating and the rooms are exceptionally well appointed. Breakfast and access to other snacks, along with an honor bar, were great. The innkeeper and the owners were extraordinarily welcoming and full of super ideas. The location is ideal if you want to walk everywhere, it’s a safe, fun neighborhood and the inn provides plenty of parking. While sightseeing around the city, whenever we mentioned the inn it was clear that it is regarded as a local treasure. A fabulous stay all around!

I was visiting my friend in Tucson and was looking for hotels. The Blenman Inn had very reasonable rates and great reviews, so I booked my stay there, and I'm so happy that I did! It's an historic mansion that's been converted to an inn. The location is amazing; you can walk everywhere downtown. The innkeeper, Brenda, made me feel so welcome and taken care of and was available to accommodate any last minute requests. There's a communal dining table, and I had great conversations with a couple that was also staying there, while we enjoyed our continental breakfasts of delicious pastries, yogurt parfaits, and fruit. There's complementary coffee, tea, other drinks, and snacks available 24/7. There's an outdoor pool and a hot tub. It felt like I was staying at someone's home. The owner even greeted me when I was checking out. I'll only be staying at The Blenman Inn when I visit Tucson in the future. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Perfect spot for a luxurious downtown Tucson area. Walking distance to all downtown venues, with reserved parking. Historical site that I was not aware of previously as a long time Tucson resident, beautifully appointed. Loved the tasteful seasonal decorations. Perfect Continental breakfast with voucher options, and an organic tea selection along with the coffee. Grounds are well done, serene, and with a lovely pool and spa area.
Way above and beyond local hotel offerings.

The best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at! Excellent rooms, wonderful service, great central area where people can get to know each other, delicious breakfast! Owners are amazing and take the time to get to know you. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Inn during the Tucson Gemshow. It is within walking distance of the two major venues at the show. The Inn itself is a beautiful old building with a lovely enclosed patio full of desert plants as well as a small swimming pool and hottub. Each room is unique and furnished tastefully. The thick adobe walls make it almost impossible to hear other guests. The staff was uniformly helpful. The "continental" breakfast was outstanding, different each morning. If you want a room for gemshow, reserve early. This is a very popular place during that time.

Beautiful old home from 1878, now a B&B. Incredible craftsmanship throughout. All the rooms are picture-perfect and inviting. Super friendly, personable, caring staff eager to accommodate their guests. We had a fantastic time staying in the Nicole Elizabeth Suite! 5 STARS!

Margo was an excellent host and the staff was so kind and helpful! We felt welcomed by many thoughtful gestures. The rooms were absolutely beautiful…high ceilings, antique furnishings and decor all set to a theme. The location was wonderful; so close to great restaurants (we tried The Nook & JA Ramen, both excellent!). We also rode the Sun Tran to Mission Garden—highly recommended if you’re into food, gardening and history!

Great Location and close to downtown, easily walkable to major attractions. Host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Comfortable rooms and the architecture was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at the Blenman Inn twice. The service is excellent and the rooms are very nice. A historical building with great character. Parking is very convenient for a downtown location. Will stay there again when I need a place near downtown Tucson.

Perfect in every way. Great historical building. Owner obviously loves the Inn as much as the customers do. Great location, on a quiet street just a short walk to Broadway and Congress downtown.

My wife, our wedding party, and I stayed here and had an amazing time! Margo and Brenda were so kind and accommodating, the space was clean and beautiful, and the pool area was perfect! Everyone was super, super happy. We'll be coming back!

Lovingly cared for property, beautiful furnishings and grounds. Staff and owner gracious and welcoming, like staying with family/friends. Very quiet, and easy walk to music, food and shopping venues.

We stayed here for a quick overnight visit to Tucson while we attended a comedy show, which was two blocks from the venue. So the location was perfect. Right downtown, excellent restaurants nearby.
We arrived at this adorable inn, a historic landmark, which has mostly been restored to its original beauty across the property.

We were greeted by a fabulous host who took us on a tour of the old house, now Inn, told us about the history, the beautiful architecture and woodwork, showed us A+ coffee and tea bars the gorgeous kitchen with macaroons, homemade breakfast in the morning, and the list goes on 💕

We felt very please and relaxed with our host and we’re shown our adorable room the “Nick Anthony”. All the rooms are named after the families children, so cute!

The bed was very comfortable, the air was set just right, the room was clean, the ando soaps were out, and we had pre-ordered a package so a freshly made cheese board and drinks with snacks were already waiting in our room. I highly recommended pre-ordering an arrival treat, it was a great addition and very reasonably priced.

Walking to a lovely dinner at La Chingada, then the show at the Downtown Civic Center in Tucson, we had the most amazing little trip and only wished we could’ve stayed longer.

We will be back for sure, even just to enjoy the property and a lovely meal.

Walking or e-biking around downtown and picking a fun event, you won’t be disappointed in the Blenman Inn for your Tucson trip!

We had the most amazing, refreshing and relaxing time at the Blenman Inn! It was on a weekend yet was still so quiet and peaceful. The house and decorating is so beautiful and we loved hearing about the history of the place. The pool area is such a wonderful little oasis and so private that you forget that you are downtown in a city.
We felt so welcomed and spoiled as soon as we arrived. The staff is so accommodating and warm. The cheese board and cookies upon arrival made us feel so special. The location was great being walking distance to so many things to do downtown and they were so wonderful with giving any recommendations for places to eat nearby.
Also, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning, it was so delicious. We just enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to make it back there again!

My husband and I stayed here during our wedding weekend and couldn’t have picked a better bed and breakfast. The property is stunning, from the front porch to the Ryan Patrick room we stayed in, and the pool area surrounded by flowers. The service at the Inn was impeccable—everyone we encountered was so personable and engaging. I have food allergies and they were incredibly accommodating. The location was very central and walkable to nearby restaurants and bars we checked out. We are already dreaming about our next stay!!

My husband and I found this place several years ago when we were attending a concert at the music hall. The rooms, service and location are hard to beat. We love it here and have been coming back ever since.

This beautiful historic Inn was the perfect place to stay. The history, the gardens, pool, hot tub. For my 67th birthday my niece and I went to Tucson to see Greta Van Fleet in concert at the Tucson Event Center, which is literally a four minute walk. The staff and service were impeccable. The sweet staff left us a snack tray for my birthday, and after the rock concert we drank champagne and got in the hot tub. The is the place to stay when in Tucson, you will not be disappointed. Absolutely beautiful!

We loved our stay at the Blenman Inn! This is a beautiful historic property in downtown Tucson, with gorgeous woodwork, common areas and beautifully furnished rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay a memorable one. We would stay again at the Blenman Inn on any return trip to Tucson.
