I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott University of Tucson, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by Joshua and Ivan. Their exceptional dinner recommendations made my dining experiences truly memorable. Not only did they suggest fantastic restaurants, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my safety during the short walks to these establishments.

Their attentiveness and care didn't end with the recommendations; upon my return, they took the time to check in and ensure that I was pleased with my dining experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and genuine concern for my well-being truly stood out.

Overall, thanks to Joshua and Ivan, my stay at the Marriott University of Tucson was made even more enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to excellence deserve recognition. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and personalized care.

Great stay! Visited for 3 nights while attending a conference on site. The service during the conference was fantastic, especially Celina! She went out of her way to ensure all attendees were comfortable and had everything we needed. Next time I'm in Tucson, I'll definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our training! Gabbi in the hotel restaurant was very helpful with submitting our group lunch orders. Did an excellent job resetting our executive board room for next meeting after our luncheon!
She is very pleasant and professional. Love her smile!

One staff, in particular, Celina, took outstanding care of me and my colleagues (I am being bold by speaking on their behalf) during our training this week. She always wore the brightest smile. She was thoughtful, patient, and customer-focused driven! Kudos to the Marriott for sharing this wonderful soul with us.

A nice Marriott downtown near University Park. Both Ivan & Joshua were professional & helpful at check-in. The valet parking was fast & friendly. Really terrific. The service in the Concierge was friendly and inviting. Rooms are clean an neat. Comfortable firm beds. The hotel staff overall have been friendly and always pleasant. Nice to see. Thank you.

Great hotel near campus. The location is perfect, the rooms clean, and the service is even better than you expect. IVAN AVILA was beyond helpful getting me checked in, helped with a mistake I had made on my reservation, and got me taken care of. Extremely professional, and friendly, employee.

Another great experience at this facility. The hotel was busy but Josh at the front desk made it a priority to make sure I was taken care of. Very professional and right on brand. Jerald at the bar was very personal and had been working on the napkin tricks. Happy to come back with the staff in house as always.

Cezina was a beautiful and cheerful hostess for our group. Every time we had a break she was available to assist. Even when in session she would ask so nicely of we needed anything. She deserves to be appreciated. Our group had almost 100 people and she was here day and night. Asher was cool at check out as well.

Ivan has the perfect personality for his job. He was the most friendly and helpful person we’ve encountered at the Marriott front desk. Not only did he help us with our requests, he suggested a great hike for us. He should be considered a valued employee for sure. He is really great!

Our family recently stayed at the Tucson Marriott, and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is hard to beat with the proximity to University Avenue and its restaurants and bars within a 1-2 block walk. In particilar, what made our stay so short he hike was the attentive nature of Victoria and Barb in the restaurant, bar and coffee bar. They both went over the top in taking care of myself and family. They made us feel very welcomed and exhibited a very high level of appreciation for staying at this property. We already have reservation set up for our next stay, and so much of it has to do with the hospitality exhibited by these two!

My company held a conference here and it was a great space but my day was made so much better by one particular staff, Celina. Part of my role was to sit at a table for hours and Celina checked on me and my colleagues constantly, getting us anything we needed. She was so sweet and considerate! Definitely made a huge difference.

Celina in the banquet/catering department is AMAZING!!!!! I was there for a 3-day training, and she was with us everyday. She was so attentive, kind, and helpful. She checked in on every attendee throughout the day to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Celina truly epitomized excellent service. Thank you Celina 😊😊😊

Our stay at Marriott Tucson was awesome! Joshua was the employee at the front desk and did a great job checking us in, including holding our luggage for us while we waited for our room to be ready and giving us free drink tickets to compensate for the wait time. He was very friendly and prompt. Our room was also very clean and the amenities were great. Definitely would stay here again.

We spent several days there with a large conference, are banquet staff was amazing. And exceptional shout out to Celina, she went out of her way to take care of each and everyone of us. Very pleased with her service.

We stayed with a soccer team for 9 day stay, and we couldn’t have been happier with our selection. The location, quality of hotel & service is unprecedented & I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Erica, our sales manager, was so accommodating and understanding, as well as experienced to make sure we had an easy stay. Then the Event & Banquet staff was great. Adrian the Banquet Captain made sure every detail was met, and our meals were a breeze with Celina, Ruiari, and Noel made sure we never needed anything and were one step ahead. Finally, we valeted all of our vehicles (6 total) and we dealt with a Brandon and another Brandon, who couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding and attentive to our timing and schedule. They were incredible. We are already looking forward to our next stay here.

Staying here for the Tucson Festival of Books. Great location, nice room & very helpful staff. Josh at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Frances the housekeeping manager also assisted me with an issue. Great experience

Always a perfect place to stay around University and Banner Hospital. Restaurant has small menu but they do them all well. Tonight had new server Max B who did a great job - very attentive and checked on me frequently to. Also must complement the valet service by Brandon - an awesome guy who takes great care of my car - and even got my luggage out tonight as I had back surgery last week and am not supposed to lift anything over 5 pounds.

We checked in for a U of A college tour, and Dance clinic. My daughter & I stayed the weekend. The room was very nice and spacious, we even had a refrigerator & a couch bed in case we needed it.
We ate dinner in the lounge Downstairs and Max, our waiter was very attentive & personable. He had us laughing with some really good jokes! We had burgers, per his suggestion, and yes the burgers were some of the best burgers we’ve ever had. The continental breakfast on the ninth floor in the lounge was perfect. I would recommend this hotel & location to anyone.

I recently attended a conference here and Celina was an absolute gem! She was extremely helpful and did not miss a beat! She helped us all feel welcomed and did not allow us to go thirst! Thank you, Celina! You will forever be a great memory of my first Carf Conference!
