Copper Chimney Grill and Bar

Did not disappoint - Have been wanting to come here for months since moving to Palm Bay. Finally had a chance and the food was great, had a band playing country music, there are a couple pool tables and it seems like an atmosphere anyone can enjoy - highly recommend

Slightly off the beaten path, this bar / restaurant clearly keeps in business by treating the customer right and providing excellent food. We have been twice in a week and it was top notch both times. Kinda didn't want to review this little gem so I could keep it for myself.

Lu at the bar is welcoming and on the ball. Food is served quickly and it's delicious; mine was cooked perfectly. Good servers, friendly and quick. Prices are great, atmosphere is clean and relaxed. Nice patrons, too. I'll be back.

First time ever coming here and won’t be my last. Got a smorgasbord of food to try out. The wait wasn’t bad, and the staff was very nice. Very cool atmosphere.

Wings- 10/10 I got 1/2 boss flavor and 1/2 mango habanero. These things were crispy, had a good amount of sauce, and the ranch they came with was great!

Bbq pork nachos appetizer- 12/10. I couldn’t stop eating them even with all the other food I ordered. These are a must try.

Mozzarella sticks- standard mozzarella sticks. No complaints. Like I said before, the ranch is great which is a nice complement. They offer marinara, but I’m not a fan so I opted out.

Pizza- 6.8/10. The crust was nice and crispy, but the pizza itself was pretty bland. Granted I got just a plain cheese for my 2 year old and he loved it. I’ll definitely be trying one of their other styles of pizza next time because the crust was great.

Burger- 7/10- I got the Texan and asked for it med rare, but it came out well done. The burger itself tasted great. I wish it came with 1 or 2 more onion rings, not just the single one I was given. I’ll probably give this one another try to see if it was just a one off.

I'm normally pretty wordy, but speaking for the experience I just had:
* This place is way bigger than it seems like it would be from the outside, and there's lots of space between tables. High ceilings and not cramped.
* The person waiting on us was attentive and professional, we got addressed quickly and checked in on at a not-annoying pace. She was also friendly and humorous and bright and hospitable.
* I got the dynamite burger which has all manner of toppings and is tasty, but the actual burger meat itself had a taste, and a good one at that, which is surprisingly rare (no pun intended).

Given the variety, and the kinds of activities they do through the week, I am looking forward to coming back. Seems really chill and like you could have nice pleasant conversations while you eat there.

Oh and the fries were fresh and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which is my favorite style.

As business owners of Indian River Antique Mall in Melbourne FL we frequent restaurants that provide great service with quality food. Very pleasant atmosphere to possibly bring our staff for dinner.

Just moved to Palm Bay and went to Copper Chimeny for lunch. We were greeted by Keeley. Not sure if I'm spelling her name right. She was so nice and friendly. She had a positive personality. She was the only one working the bar and tables and yet she was very attentive. Brought our menus, drinks and food at perfect timing. We appreciate such terrific service. The nachos and pretzel appetizers were delicious. Our burgers and pizza were made perfectly. French fries were nice and crispy. We enjoyed our meal and will be returning again and again. Also hoping Keeley will be our server again. Thanks for a terrific meal and service.

The did was absolutely delicious with a few unique options. The service is what made this place spectacular. Our server had an amazing energy that allowed you to feel like you were a regular. She was attentive and prompt. This will definitely become a go to place when we are in the area.

My husband and family have been going to copper chimney for years now and we absolutely LOVE Lacy !!!! She is the sweetest most attentive server I’ve ever had wait on my family & I !! So patient with my kids & never fails to make sure we get everything in a timely manner and our drinks never go dry ! The absolute best waitress at copper chimney. Great food, always clean & very chill. We love coming here, highly highly recommend 😊!!

Love coming here for wings and the great atmosphere and Lacy our server is always the best. Very refreshing going out and the servers and staff being so personal. Lacy is definitely our family’s favorite server in Palm Bay .

My husband and I went there for dinner and let me tell you, the food was absolutely amazing. We had the jalapeño poppers, egg rolls and the cheeseburger. Whoever is in the back cooking, cooks with LOVE. The atmosphere was also great and our server was incredible as well. They also have bingo night and different activities. We will definitely be back.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I came here on a recommendation of a close friend who said he's visited often. The food was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend you check it out when you have a chance

The food is always pretty good, the burgers are super tasty, as are the wings. Service is sometimes a bit slow as there aren't always many waitresses and the bartender does double duty but they are friendly about it. The prices are on point, and servings sizes are plenty big enough. Truthfully the biggest selling point of copper chimney is it's location, because on the south end of Brevard there's not a whole lot of options that aren't fast food. They've got your typical bar fare, and some surprisingly good pasta dishes and some upscale takes on sandwiches, pizzas, and burgers.

I went here today and the bartender, she was so incredibly sweet and life saving. I appreciated her so much and I didnt get to tell her in person. And the patrons were so sweet. Honestly based on the service alone, I would recommend. Plus they had good drinks. 🌸 I highly recommend.

We have gone here a few times and had a great experience each time. They have a good food menu and great drinks. The trivia on Thursdays is fun with a lot of participants ; new teams are always welcome. Don't let its location behind a gas station fool you - it is a great place to drop by!

Had no idea what to expect but when we walked in with the decor was really cool lots of TVs for sports super clean and a really good menu my wife got a specialty burger that was super good and I got a chicken alfredo dish that was really good we also happen to show up on a Sunday evening when Goose IPA beers were only a buck. The food was really good and we have found a new place in our neighborhood to visit often.

It's definitely my kind of bar. It was funny because someone had called it a hole in the wall, but I've seen the holes in Wisconsin, and this place has them beat. They most certainly need dart boards, I would recommend bullshooter for the online capability. I will definitely be back
