Red Roof Inn Tucson South - Airport

I’ve stayed with them a few times since January 2024, when I was in town, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I had one minor issue one time, and it was immediately resolved. The staff is warm, welcoming, and kind. They go out of their way to assist 24/7, and I love that they are kid and pet-friendly. My rooms have always been clean, bug-free, and quiet. I feel safe and sleep peacefully through the night. And the hot water in the shower is perfect if you like it steamy. I can afford to go to other places if I so desire, but this particular place is warm and cozy. I’ll continue to see them when I'm in town.

The staff is always one of the things that can redefine any stay at a budget hotel. It can't be easy to strike the balance between "fair" and "enabling" that defines an exceptional hotel at this price range. The staff here, however do just that, and it clearly starts at the top from their GM. This isn't a sketchy dump that leaves you wondering if you will survive your stay, and this isn't a false promise that becomes raw exploitation as soon as the funds leave your account. This is a model of what budget hotels can and should be. The frills are minimal, but the hospitality is genuine and as much of your money gets to stay in your wallet as possible. It's an important decision to think through any booking at this end of the price range, but this one is no mistake; just book it!

They have a great staff from the front desk to the house keeping its a very comfortable place to stay while in Tucson oh and for the cost u swear you are at your favorite cousins place. Thank you all for making our days better💯😊

I'm happy to see this hotel is back in business. Always a good stay when attending an event at the Tucson expo center.

The only thing I would mention is they definitely need to add some better lighting around the property.

Cheap good deals for a very nice motel. Cozy soft but firm bed with good cable. Big showers. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

The manager is a rock star and she would be the reason we would come back we had a slight issue but she took care of it,met the house keepers they were friendly and real cool,rooms were nice comfy beds,great TV and wifi is great,good food close enough to walk,hot shower was great,

Excellent customer service , our room was perfect, front desk was amazing we got here during wk meeting as soon as they were done they greeted us and checked us in. Great location. Great prices, Will be back.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean, stocked and comfortable. I recommend this location and will use it in the future.

Nice spacious room comfortable bed. Good cable on the T.V. bathroom was clean nice shower head and water pressure. In the morning the lobby had great coffee and even though you are next to the interstate i didn't hear it. The price was perfect. Well worth a good nights sleep.

We did not have a reservation but due to traveling issues decided to stop and see if we could get a room. Daniel on night shift was not only able to get us into a room but was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The room was really clean and had outlets all over for those that have multiple things to charge. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Alec was so patient with me and all my questions even helped me with places to eat. The beds was super comfortable slept like a champ. Checking in and out was absolutely painless. My room was clean and ready for my stay. The cleaning crew work so hard and do such a great job at what they do. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Tucson. Keep up the great work red roof inn!

Awesome service at front desk. First place to actually have rooms available at the advertised price. Clean rooms that are an actual reflection of pics posted to website. Nothing bad to say about this place. I'm only passing through. But would stay here again, if ever back this way.

We didn't actually stay here. We dropped someone off to their room we helped take their luggage up saw the inside of the room from door. It was really nice, had new bedding. We were impressed at how nice it was for the price.

Extremely pleased with the cleanliness. The room was fresh and organized. Semi parking was a plus!! Not to forget this room has a fridge & microwave- & a work station! Complete! Workstation desk & all.

Great hotel, exactly what I needed after my long drive. The employee who checked me in was very polite and engaging and made an effort to room me where I could see my vehicle. The room was clean and everything worked properly. Other than my noiay neighbors, no complaints here.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very clean, very quiet, the employees are very, very friendly. The deals are amazing for the weekly special. If you need a place to stay I would look into the Red Roof inn. I Stayed at the Extend A Suite, that is the worse place in Tucson, very nasty and just the owner and all his Employees are very rude. So coming here made me finally see there is hope in Tucson. So yes this is my top and only choice for any hotel in Tucson.

Giving them 5 stars because they discounted the room after we pointed out a stained blanket and floor that could have been cleaner. You can upgrade if you want coffee pot, hairdryer etc... But office lianed me a hair dryer. Very quiet people staying there and that was a pleasant surprise too for the neighborhood we we're in. If you are looking to get in with a doggie, double beds, no frills and $62 is all you want to spend with taxes and fees included, this is your place.

Surprisingly clean and decent, especially for the price. Bit of highway noise for some rooms; I'm a light sleeper, but earplugs fixed that. AC/heater may have been the quietest I've ever had in a hotel room.

Let me start by saying Arianna and Phil are great (Front Office) they took great care of us while we stayed at the Red Roof. Room very clean, nice size beds, nice clean bedding, nice big flat TV with a lot of movie choices that you will need to pay for of course, and a lot of non-pay choices (channels). Clean sinks, toilet, bathtub and towels, clean carpet and mirrors. We had Gwen as our housekeeper lady and she did a great job. We were very happy with Red Roof Inn...Oh yes I almost forgot Denny's on site very convenient, we liked that =)))
