We have gone to Parma Furniture for all of our appliances. They have always been super friendly and helpful. This last time we bought a washer dryer set. Rosa was so knowledgeable and did some digging to find us the perfect laundry tower for our space and budget. We had been out a washer and dryer for over a week and the kids were all sick. Alex did some calling and was able to have them delivered to us that day. What a life saver. Parma Furniture is just as they say like having a friend at the factory.

I recently purchased a bedroom set and decided to buy from these guys. They have a great selection, friendly staff, and provide great communitication.

During the installation of the bed frame a flaw was found from the factory and Parma Furniture got it replaced quickly with no charge. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

No one is an overly pushy sales person. I love that they let you figure out what you need, no pushy sales. It's a good drive from Boise, but so worth it. The prices are better than Boise prices. They deliver to Boise for free, and they take away the old junk you're replacing. Can't go wrong with a sweet little drive to Parma.
Google maps had the location at a building just beyond the one you're looking for. So, when you see the parma library, they are the building behind the library. It looks like it might be attached, but it's probably not. I highly recommend everyone to take a drive to Parma.

Needed a small part that snapped in place to cover the location of a screw. One call to Rosa at Parma furniture where we purchased our recliner started the search to find the part. Within an hour I received a photograph of the missing part asking if this is what I needed? It was, I said “yes” and I was told that it was going in the mail! Now that’s CUSTOMER service!!!

Found my new chair here. Milly was very helpful. Just took my daughter here and she got a recliner. Good service. They deliver free any where in the treasure valley. It's also a pleasant drive with much less traffic.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer last Friday, and it was installed yesterday (Tuesday). This washer is great! Super fast cycles, so fast that it seemed like I barely sat back down and it was done. When I was researching washers, some reviews were concerned about the cleanliness of things after washing. I did some test loads, and used two pods, since this washer uses more water than my previous one. The clothes were clean, and that nasty Tide smell and all the dirt were swished away! Very pleased.

We needed a new fridge this summer, and a month later, a new washer! Millie was super helpful in telling us info about each product and a delight to work with. She gave us great deals. We will definitely be back!

Just bought a sofa and loveseat from Nik Eriksson. He was super friendly and helpful - easy to work with! We felt that he truly wanted to help us find the right furniture, not just make a sale. Next time we need furniture, we'll be back. Highly recommend Parma Furniture - ask for Nik!

We went to Parma Furniture looking for carpet and we’re blown away with the great prices and great service. Nik helped us by explaining all the different types of carpet, padding and gave us a great deal. We ended up getting a couch and loveseat just based on the prices and selection. They took care of everything from delivery to removal of the old furniture and scheduled the carpet install around our schedule. The installers we friendly, fast and did a Great job. I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience.

My wife and I stopped into Parma Furniture to look at reclining chairs (I had no intention of buying one). Earl asked us if we needed help and showed us a selection of chairs. I found one I liked but we didn't buy it and left the store. The next day I looked at other options online and at another local store but the chair at Parma was the best value and it was the kind I wanted so we went back and bought it. I really like it and am so glad my wife encouraged me do it.

I looked all over Boise for a white GE stove with a ceramic top but couldn't find one. I decided to call Parma Furniture they had quite a few, including the model I originally wanted. Millie took my call and was great. I ordered right then over the phone with no regrets.

Needed a new washer and dryer and quickly found out none of the big box stores have stock anymore and Parma furniture does! Rosa was awesome help and knowledgeable on all the products. I was loaded and out the door in less than an hour as I opted out of the free delivery and installed them that day.

We love Parma Furniture! Our sales guy Nik always helps us out and is very knowledgeable and efficient which makes for quick, hassle free visits. Products are of good quality and the delivery, setup, and install crews are friendly and respectful also! Parma Furniture is well worth the drive for us!

Went to find a recliner to support my back. I think I sat in nearly every one there until I found it. Sales rep was patient and helpful. Got a military discount and they have free delivery in the Treasure Valley. Great experience. Worth the drive! Will go back for all our furniture and appliances from now on.

We went in to look at a new love seat and ended up buying a new washer and dryer. Earl was very helpful, and personable. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the furniture and the washer and dryer. He was even able to get a small discount on the washer and dryer set.
