AMAZING TEAM! I’ve stayed at Quality Inns all over the country and the team at this location from the front desk to the housekeepers is head and shoulders above the rest! They treated me with the upmost respect, greeted me with a friendly smile, easy access to i-10, and the overall experience is one that’ll have me back at this location every time I stay at a hotel in Tucson, Arizona! Never mind the Google rating, this Quality Inn is easily five stars I’d give it six if I could. QUALITY is the definition of this hotel! Shout out to management, somebody give them a raise! :)

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, especially Tammy. She is very professional and efficient. When I wasn't happy with the room's location, she quickly switched it to a room on the front side where I felt safer. My stay was very pleasant

Again, I swear that I already reviewed this place.. service was excellent! The rooms were in a little bit of disrepair. I had to call out to have somebody work the shower for me so I could get any hot water. The handle was a little busted or unfinished. I love the atmosphere here, though! And the free breakfast! Waffles, bananas, juice, coffee all day, bagels, cream cheese and more.

There are many poor reviews for this hotel. I knew going in, that I would be doing a little cleaning and air freshening. I was determined to make this the best 2 star room in the city of Tucson. Tammy, the manager, did an excellent job of keeping her staff focused, the gem show secure, and riff raff away. No smoking of any kind is enforced, which was so amazing. The housekeepers did their jobs, were always kind and helpful. The location was perfect for attending the gem shows. The show in the hotel was intimate and very professional. We brought our own food or had it delivered from the grocery store. I really appreciated the entire stay. I am very picky and was able to fully utilize our room.

I recommend coming here for your stay, me and my family were traveling and decided to stay here for the night and wow the customer service is a pleasure, the room is clean beds are soft and nice patio outside my room. The hotel is clean smells good and serves breakfast so if you need a place to stay come here

The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The housekeeping is on top of their game. They sale drinks and snacks at the front desk. There are safes in the room. The pool needs some loving. But overall it's very nice place to stay.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the hidden priceline fee when I booked the room. I left before breakfast started but was able to get a cup of my favorite tea

Very Friendly staff. Soft pillows. Very Comfortable beds. Real Hot showers. Truly cold fridges inside room. I'm very pleased. Very good value. Don't be fooled by its beat-up appearance. They're taking good care of this place, and their guests.

Me and my boyfriend have been staying here for a week, I have to say this place is great!!! The employees are polite and do care about their customers. Tammy the manager is a lovely lady and very professional. I feel very safe here I love it that you have come through the front door in order to get to your room. Also there is a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room+++++

Staff is kind and gives us the perfect amount of attention. They are fair and caring. Room is cozy, love the bathroom! I would love to come back after COVID to see this hotel at it's peak! Love the set up of this hotel!

Nice, clean room. Waffle House across the side street. There is an attached restaurant with good hours and great staff. Unfortunately, the food is AWFUL!!! Changing the subject...
I became very ill and the front desk staff took care of my belongings till I got out of the hospital. When I returned, they were solicitous. Charming, professional.

I had not planned on staying here but fate brought me here (dramatic pause). But seriously I am very happy with this hotel! The price is quite reasonable and the rooms are pretty nice! The staff at the front desk were SUPER friendly and accommodating. There is free hot breakfast which is very convenient but also quite delicious. Beds are comfortable and the shower was very nice. The area isn't super fancy but the hotel itself is pretty nice!

We checked into this place after we checked into another hotel. That hotel was filthy with cockroaches so we got a refund and left. We found Quality just up the road for a better price. The room was spacious and clean and it was in a quieter area. I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed here with my family on vacation and the room was great. Everything was clean, it had nice hot water and the breakfast was great too. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who need a nice quiet room with friendly faces.

Great prices. The young girl name Lilliana working the front was great. She let me and sister check out the room firstI before checking in. The room was really nice very clean. Even the girl in charge of the Continental Breakfast kept the food fully stocked, counters were kept clean and she even offered help to any iif the guest who needed it. If there were ten stars I would mark the ten stars. The only thing is they need to update their photos online. Because the rooms are updated. So I give the Quality Inn 5 stars and s big thumbs up..

I have stayed at this location off and on for about 5 years.
The hotel staff is really helpful and friendly they made me feel welcome and comfortable, the rooms are clean and they have affordable prices.
I would definitely recommend to stay at this location for any traveling needs.

Kinda hard to find, after getting off the fwy. But the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and nice. We got a very good rest after 17 hours on the road. The breakfast was included. Will definitely recommend it

Management here is outstanding!!!

The G.m really goes above and beyond I currently have suffered a tremendous loss in my life and family the manager went out of her way to make sure,I was comfortable that everything was taken care.

If your needing to just get away, or here from out of town!!! This is the spot to enjoy it at.

Very clean rooms & all staff members are as if they are one big family! Friendly staff and very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay here.
