They ALWAYS do a great job with my hair! The girls here are knowledgeable and very helpful. The Manager is a gem, I love the selection they have, and the speed in which they apply the hair.

Had a great experience in store from start to finish. The team was very helpful but Tina especially assisted me from start to finish. She was patient, friendly and had great product knowledge. Definitely ask for Tina when you visit!

Excellent customer service! They make you want to come back and frequent their store again and again. The store on 56th St located by Winn Dixie need to go there and train how to improve there customer service practices.

I love love love this store 😍 get the vip card if you are a frequent hair or beauty supply store shopper save on all items heat for stylist always have great deals on hair bundles lace fronts wigs and quality ranges but they always have a selection in stock from accessories to perfume to belts lashes sandals etc. Check them out on your time several locations around the Tampa Bay area

I've been to the store several times. They have an absolutely huge variety of products ranging from hair, nails, makeup, fashion jewelry. I've purchased all different types of products from here, tweezers, hair dyeing supplies, nail stuff... everything has been exceptionally well priced compared to many other stores especially Sally beauty. I would definitely recommend popping in this store and taking a look!

This is a delayed review bare with me! I have been a customer of Elegant Beauty Supply for years, I have been to every location in Tampa and each time I am greeted by a friendly professional ready to assist me. My reason for leaving this review is that I recently went on the hunt for Shea Moisture Hair Color in Dark Auburn. Well, the company discontinued this and I was so desperate to get my hands on every last box available that I reached the Elegant Beauty corporate office.

Jessica Mobassaleh was so sweet! Not only did she help me locate the boxes she had remaining in stock but followed up with me while she made a plan to get them mailed to Tampa.

She literally just followed up with me and I am so happy this company is so attentive to their customers. I will continue being a customer!

After having the worse shopping experience next door, I came into Elegant expecting the same but I just needed a wig. I was by far surprised with the total opposite. Kate and Jennae took care of me from start to finish. They had great convo and I felt like a friend.. not just another wig about to rushed with glue on my edges like next door . She showed me how to properly melt my cap and apply the wig. Sam helped brighten my day with some laughter and jokes. The staff actually seem like they enjoy working there and their energy is welcoming. They have better wig selections, better laces, up to date and modern styles. Any time I’m in town I’m definitely returning here!

Yes there's another Elegant Store it appears newer . In the 32nd block of Hillsborough ave here in Tampa fl. I found here what i used to buy online at half the price, And other reasonable priced items nice quality. The elegant at university plaza didn't sell the product. I rate this store a 10 🌟 The staff was more than willing to assist. I't was buy one get one free an prices reduced well below what I have paid at the other elegant store. It's a plus the driving distance is 20 min shorter also .
