Sage Bistro

The visit here was amazing! Our party was welcomed by the most amazing staff - I feel like I left with a new group of friends. The food, the drinks - well it was all perfect!! (The bread pudding dessert is worth mentioning. If you have the opportunity try it - you won’t regret it!!!). The bar was inviting and the staff very attentive and engaging. I love that it’s higher end food but you are welcomed to come as you are. Sage would be perfect for a romantic dinner or a jeans and t shirts stop on a weekday evening! Can’t wait to try out their new lunch menu!!!

Fine dining food and service in a casual cozy restaurant! The food and staff here are amazing! We had the escargot and the duck spring rolls to start.... SO good! It's been about two years since we went but I was scrolling through some pictures and stumbled on the ones from here... immediately realized we gotta go back! You will not be disappointed!

We had the most amazing dinner at Sage Bistro last night! Staff are friendly and attentive and the food was some of the best I have had in a while. It was a little quiet, however we did dine quite late at around 9pm so I can imagine there would likely be a more lively atmosphere earlier in the evening. I had the sirloin risotto, the steak was a great quality cut of meat, cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The mushroom risotto was full of flavour and absolutely delicious, and the Gorgonzola cream sauce complimented the meal perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were the Sage alfredo, the lamb pot roast and the scallops and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Margaritas also went down a treat!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and colorful. The duck egg rolls were absolutely fantastic (deep flavor and no fat), the lamb burger and coconut shrimp were also very good. The best part of the meal was the desert… they have the best bread pudding I’ve ever had. A must try!!!

This was by far the best dinner experience!! The food was delicious, so unique (lobster pot pie!!!), and everything is homemade, including the pasta itself! The atmosphere is amazing, perfect for any occasion, and the service was second to none!! They knew our names and treated us like family from the moment we walked in the door! (My brother was celebrating his Special Olympics award, and they treated him like a king!) The new owners are the best!!! They really have a heart of service, and a heart for this community! I’ll be going here on a regular basis for sure!!

If you want delicious food, a fabulous atmosphere and top notch service, look no further than Sage Bistro. There is something on the menu for everyone - fresh seafood, wonderful desserts and outstanding Italian dishes to name a few. We couldn’t have been more impressed with Tyler, our waiter. He knows the menu inside and out and was very attentive and personable. A great experience!

DELICIOUS!!! The food and drinks were amazing. We had the scallops, pork chops and lobster pot pie. Staff was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about menu.

We enjoyed another fabulous meal tonight! The food is always delicious. We loved the short rib features tonight - and the crab cake is a huge favorite of ours. The atmosphere and menu are definitely more to our liking since Jeff and Janine took over. I highly recommend Sage Bistro!

Our family loved Sage Bistro! The food was delicious and came out really fast. All the employees were so sweet and catered nicely to my two children. My girls asked if they could come back for every meal on our vacation. Atmosphere is very serene.

They cook the meals from scratch so it’s fresh! But also takes a while to order. Jon who was my server was very nice. The hostess Pam gave me a bit of attitude so didn’t start with a good greeting.

You have to try the “new”Sage restaurant in Cape Canaveral. New owners Jeannine and Jeff have done an incredible job of breathing new life into the place and returning it to its former glory. While this place has been a local institution here in Cape Canaveral since before our time locally., my wife and I stopped going because we found the service uneven and the food to be inconsistent. After hearing it was under new ownership, we decided to give it another try. We saw they had recently opened for lunch, which is awesome since there aren’t really enough lunch spots locally, and cruised in to see what’s up. Pete, at the bar, was friendly, attentive and took us through the food and drink menus, which were both impressive. Jeannine also stopped by to welcome us. Based on their suggestions, we had the crab cake sandwich (not huge but great flavor and packed with fresh perfectly cooked crabmeat as opposed to a ton of filler or breadcrumbs like you sometimes see), the lamb gyros (well cooked and absolutely huge portion for the money) and the Caesar salad (Sage has always made a great Caesar and the new owners have wisely kept it the same, the secret is the homemade traditional dressing). Suffice to say, our experience, including the craft cocktails, earned two enthusiastic thumbs up. We will be back and encourage you all to check it out and support the new owners as they continue to improve this once proud establishment and give us a new “local” spot to frequent. Good job, guys. Ambience created by attentive staff in well laid out areas. From the time we were seated to our entrees in front of us was less than 20 minutes. Creatively prepared and presented -- taste buds were delighted.
Yellow Fin (tapas portion) with Bacon Brussel Sprouts and Wiener Schnitzel were enjoyed.
No stairs entry.
Suggestion to eat here came from Oceanside Distillery less than 2 miles away. (Well worth your trip there, too.)
Adjoining table occupants were from Venice, Florida, and stated they would return, again, in 4 months.

Such a nice restaurant tucked up in Cape Canaveral tree filled setting along busy A1A. Service is excellent, from the greeting to our very nice server, to ongoing table maintenance. The menu and specialties were clearly reviewed making our choices easy. Side Salad, Scallops, baked stuffed chicken, Manhattan chowder, Sage Alfredo w/Sea Bass - WOW!

Cannot wait to return.

👌Sage Bistro is excellent food, we had tuna, lamb Gyro, but Caesar salad was best I ever had! Service & Atmosphere exceptional too! Bar and a Piano too. Great art work on walls! Hands down got to go! 💜

Wonderful place. Hostess and wait staff both very friendly. Food was truly delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary while on vacation in Cape Canaveral and couldn't have picked a better place. Really charming and cozy local place. If we are ever in the area again, would definitely go back.

Oh my goodness. This place had an overall 10/10. My waitress Edith was fun and very attentive. She reminds you of the fun aunt and I love that. We had the Alfredo and the stuffed chicken brother we’re amazing. I also want to add that the owner is very active in her business she checks on everyone and you can tell

We've been going to this restaurant for years. now they have new owners and the place is even better than before. the food is great the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is always warm and giving. I recommend while on the Space Coast you stop by and check it out for yourself

The salmon tacos were great! I asked for a rosemary/sage seasoning mix on the side and it really set a unique flavor. Highly recommend if looking for great food, variety selection, and even the chef comes out to ask how is the food.
