The service department has been so kind to me this past week and understood fully why making sure my vehicle was safe to drive was important. Aaron Black made sure I understood what he was looking at and was able to relate to my situation. Even Bob the service driver was outstanding and kind and made you feel like you could talk to him on the back porch. I appreciate the service team making sure I felt safe transporting my family in our vehicle.

Had a great experience with Casa Chevrolet GMC today. The sells representative (Nicolas) was very helpful in placing my family in a vehicle that fit our needs and was in the right price range. To include the financing office worked within the budget we were looking for.

Luis and the crew at Casa were great to work with. This is the second vehicle I’ve worked with Luis to purchase and will definitely be back in the future!

I've known Anthony since high school, so I was excited to be able to do business with someone I know. Even if I didn't know him, he did amazing at explaining each vehicle and finding what I was looking for with the features I wanted and in my price range perfectly! The service and people who helped through the process were also very friendly!

It was my first visit to Casa Chevrolet with my 2023 Trailblazer Activ. I pulled into the service drive and sat there for a good 10 minutes (give or take) before I was able to flag down a service advisor. I'm not sure what his name is, but he never gave me his card or really introduced himself. I had an appointment for 1pm.

I gave him the keys and was asked to wait in the customer lounge area and they would come get me when the car was done (it was just an oil change, inspection and tire rotation.... first service).

I sat there for about 45 minutes and another gentleman came and got me. Again, I don't know his name and was not given a business card. When I went to pay out (I was expecting to pay out around $73 for the service) he asked me if it was the very first service for this vehicle to which I replied yes (as it was). He then informed me that the first service for any new chevy product is at no charge... which frankly made my day! I had no Idea.

Overall I'm very happy with the service received from Casa Chevrolet's service department. I just wish I knew who to call when I need service again! Other than that... 2 thumbs up!

Sales Associate Anthony Carter was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with viewing several vehicles on the lot. He was not a high-pressure salesman, and I felt comfortable talking to him about my budget and purchase options. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in Alamogordo.

Bought a used truck from here and Mike was the salesman who helped me. He did a great job with making sure to help me with whatever I needed and made the process very smooth. Highly recommend.

Lawrence Chavez was the associate that helped me out made the buying process so easy I got a great rate with a great payment for my dream truck. 2 weeks later I needed to turn in paperwork and he helped me on his day off. My salesman was Jeben Smartwood. A very intelligent, well dressed and groomed gentleman, an aspiring mechanic in a salesman body. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeben and would recommend his expertise and knowledge when visiting this dealership. In my opinion he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort with the sale.
Jeben kept in constant contact with me, even during our intense dickering process. Everyone at the dealership wanted to get the deal done. However there was one small glitch that I would suggest the managers, and there appeared to be more than one, address. Upon inspection of the vehicle I discovered a dented rear bumper. I didn't want this to wreck the deal everyone worked so hard to put together. THIS COMMENT IS DIRECTED TO BRANDON BURLING-A GENERAL MANAGER AT CASA CHEVROLET.
A rear bumper, in my opinion, serves a critical purpose for the safety of the driver and future possible collisions from the rear. At no time during the sales process was I comforted by the on-duty sales manager the vehicle was truly safe to drive with the dented rear bumper. I was told there would no way the bumper would be repaired at the cost to the dealership, only inspected at a cost of repair not to exceed $300.00. Again, this sale is on me, I could have walked away and said no based upon this dent. I take full responsibility for this.

My husband Chris & I spotted a 2020 Toyota Tacoma online and drove in to look it over. Sales consultant Nick Flodin greeted us in the lot and we looked at a Chevrolet Colorado and then the Tacoma.
